The check out process was the only major problem We had to wait for 20 minutes while the cutlery we had used was checked and a missing knife and fork was investigated! (These had been taken by room service the night before). With a young baby, this was particularly unwelcome.

Staff were excellent,rooms were excellent. An oasis in the city is how I would discribe this place.Very quiet,couldn't fault it. We were here for 4 days and was by far the best place we stayed in while in Thailand during our 3 weeks. Staff were always happy,smailing,courteous, polite and highly professional. 2 minute walk to night markets. In city but very quiet and private. Good choice in buffet breakfast.Towels changed twice a day. spotlessly clean. You will not be dissapointed with your stay here. spend the extra, you will not be dissapointed. Excellent Hotel, Highly recommended.

An oasis in the city, this new hotel is beautiful. The staff are still learning but they are very gracious and attentive. This hotel is a bargin for the accomadations, location and overall service. Highly recommended...except when I'm going.
