It would be better to have the transportation service to the airport

The service provided by the front line staff was 5-star and excellent, especially the reception staff, both on day and night shift duty. They were very professional when recommending the day tours and the tour guides for our day trips were knowledgeable too. The service provided was very personalized and they could remember what were our requests and our needs during our period of stay. We felt very welcomed each night when we returned to the hotel as the staff will come forward to greet us and help to bring our bags of stuff back to our room. When we reached our room, the staff will make a point to ask if everything in the room is ok and if there is anything missing that we would like them to replenish. One of the staff also went the extra mile to help me source for a local food product that I had difficulty locating. There was really a lot of warmth when we stayed here. I would rate the housekeeping aspect as 3 to 4 star as there have been times that our dirty towels in the laundry bin were not replaced. Our toiletries were also insufficient. Mosquito coil not replaced when we had finished using it. Tables, chairs, carpet, hair dryer not properly arranged or back to its original location. The location of this hotel is a little far from down town but its environment and ambience is very countryside like. Very relaxing for those who wished to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I will still highly recommend this boutique hotel for those who are visiting Chiang Mai.

The hotel being situated quite far from Chiang Mai animated areas the hotel's offer for food and beverage outlets is a bit poor. We would also appreciate to have more activities such as pool table, tennis table, or games.
