Valapha from Australia recently stayed in a Horizon club deluxe room for 3 days.
The hotel service and facilities were of high standards my commendation must go to staff of the "Horizon Club" room as they were of the highest standard of any 5 star hotels I had ever stayed. Apart from the facilities provided by the hotel, it is the staff who makes your stay memorable and pleasurable. Spa service, professionalism and the ambient of spa unit was also amazing. The buffet dinner was acceptable but I do feel it can be improved.Check-In :
