Great choice if you want a good value for the money. Staying here was a splurdge on my vacation and it was well worth it. The location is not central (a little out of the way) but you can take a taxi or tuk tuk for a resonable price. If you request a room on the rear side of the building it is quiet and you get a view of doi suthep. You can walk to the night bazzar in a half hour, if walking is your thing. It was very convinient to have breakfast included, pretty tasty too. Te only complaint i have was a really loud neighbor (he liked to play music as loud as possible at 3am). I had to switch ...

Gym is 3 machines that are at least 15 years old, pool was not cold (granted it was the hottest month of the year) but they could keep cold water running occasionally.
