I booked a super deluxe but received a grade lower - countless discussions were duly ignored. Apart from the room being different to that which I booked and the concern not being resolved, the service and location was were very good. Everythng was handy - tour booking shops, restaurants, bars, washing houses for clothes, the night markets, massages - you name it, it was close! Breakfasts were OK (watch out for the very low ceiling) and rooms cleaned well. Overall, a good place to stay but the value for the room was not worth the price

Well located but rather poor and barely average in its structure and services. I was staying at the Front Wing which is noisy and not much view. Perhaps the Tower Wing is better, no idea.
An image revamp would really be necessary as the age has taken its toll!

A reasonable hotel at a reasonable price. Rooms are a reasonable size, clean and comfortable. Slight problem with noise from the nightclub downstairs but well situated for the night bazaar and other attractions.
