Rated #41 for all Chiang Mai hotels
I have been staying for 4 days 3 nights. Breakfast provided is good but should be changed daily. I realised that everyday, the breakfast is the same menu. I understand that most of the travellers are from western countries but Asian like me, would prefer something like local breakfast. We came to Chiangmai, Thailand other than visiting the tourist attractions, learning their culture, we were there to taste the Thai food. Probably add more local variety.. Besides, the hotel should also provide free shuttle service to & from the airport for hotel customers rather than charging for a fee more exp...

The staff and the tour desk was very helpful in assisting to my requests for some local tours. The room I stayed in is quite spacious. All in all in was fine. It would have been more preferable to have more local cuisines availables for their breakfast buffet.

The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet could stand some improvement (the same spread for three days!). This hotel is good for those who are spending most of their time outside the hotel. There are rides passing by the hotel all the time. You can also rent a car or motorbike (which we did) to get around the city. As for the hotel transportation, as we requested, a van was sent to pick us up from the airport, which was very convenient. We went at a time when a lot was going on: Loy kratong festival, opening of the Royal Flower Show and beginning of tourist season, so hotel rates all over the city were up.

The bellboy who greeted us on arrival was the most attentive person we had experienced in our trip to Thailand. Most of the staff were very friendly and efficient.
