"We would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff for making our stay in Cian Mai such an enjoyable experience, on our arrival we were immediately given information on travelling tours that were very affordable by your porter and we used this method of transport while in Chaing Mai to see all the places we would not have seen had we tried to do the trips by ourselves as we would not have known these places existed. The Reception and Dining area of the hotel plus the outside of the hotel is very impressive and beautiful and all the staff were of the highest in terms of friendliness and helpfulness and we wis you all the best and hope you are able to go from strenght to strenght and would recommend this hotel to all our friends and family, we loved every bit of Chiang Mai and hope to return soon, we will definately be staying at your hotel, also make a great steak, chips and salad and food available until 12 o clock which was great.
