Location is convenient, just a few minutes to the night bazaar. Cashier could not exchange traveler cheques but plenty of money changers nearby. Riverside room had excellent view. Only stayed one night but overall a pleasant place.

The room was filthy, the net curtains were grey and dusty, the room smelled stale, cobwebs everywhere, the plug holes in the bath & wash basin were dirty and smelled awful. The room was furnished in a very dated 70's era. The furniture was well past it's sell by date. Any guests that we spoke to were complaining about the dirty rooms. The desk staff were not very friendly. I would not recomend this hotel to anyone. Our Friends were staying at another nearby hotel which we viewed hotel was a basic 3 star, but it was clean.
