"I found: Enough and friendly staff, security above the average,an extensive and savoury breakfast buffet, will always be refilled. The spacious lobby gave me the feeling to feel also private if I want and my spacious room helped me to feel well when I was in the hotel. The cleaning staff was very friendly, quick and efficient, a second toilet paper roll was standard. Result:A big clean hotel with very good value for the money. I stayed already in 5 other hotels in CH. Mai but booked this hotel as an alternative because others I wanted to stay in were fully booked. But from now on this will be my first choice !! "

"You are well cared for in this setting. Large room, clean, nice furniture, great views. Everything is clean and works. Professional staff, excellent location, close to river, market and old walled city. This place is easily the most value I received for the price in 3 weeks in Southeast Asia. However, make travel and adventure package plans in the many fine agencies outside the hotel."
