The hotel is beautiful. We upgraded to a Club Suite which is superb. Some of the staff at the club were special - Muey for example.We really enjoyed the experience. So much care is taken to keep the hotel beautiful. e.g. Taking out water lilies in containers in the pond and replacing them with candles every night.
The only complaint I have is that there was a lot of smoke in the air - I think because of a little temple outside our suite which burned incense, so there was smoke pervading the air, Otherwise we had a wonderful stay.
