Breakfast was great for a tourist - local food as well as toast, fruit, juice, eggs, etc.. The staff were very professional and courteous. As is the norm with most hotels, services such as tours and massages were more expensive than could be purchased a few blocks away. Overall, free internet and a swimming pool make this hotel a good choice. The rooms walls were perhaps a little thin if you are a light sleeper....

The shower was not hot, only luke warm. We had to move rooms after the first night. The buffet breakfast was very average, mostely Thai food and fruit wasn't fresh. The room itself was good.

Connecting door to the next room meant disturbing noise very early in the morning and in the afternoon. Free Internet use is excellent and probably unique.

The hotel was nice but needs some refurbishment and the room we stayed in definitley needed a coat of paint as there was markings all over the walls. A little far from the centre of chiang mai but there was always tuk tuks (local taxi's) available to bring you there for about 50-100 baht depending on how well you haggle!

The hotel room was very clean. Also the bath room which is even more important. Far away from entertainment, so of course it was very quiet. Yes, I would recommend it for couples or people who need a quiet place where to stay, far away from traffic and chaos.
