We paid the price of an executive suite and were given no added benefits as compared to the standard room. Our room had a huge, beautiful bathtub but nothing to put into the bath water. The tap for running the tub did not work! The balcony sliding door was broken and we had to fight with it to open or close so we stopped trying. Most of the staff didn't understand English and it was difficult to ask for things. Will never go back!
