There were only two hotel elevators for a 20-story building. We stayed on the 19th floor, and after waiting on two occasions over ten minutes for an elevator, we walked down. Breakfast food is limited in choice and not very good. so we showered with cold water. The location is terrific. The hotel staff was friendly, the hotel clean. The lap- size pool was fantastic and used by many guests for exercise. The sauna was not open. Overall, you get what you pay for, but I would look for another hotel next time.
