We had a very good stay in the hotel and a very fine room with a nice view over the pool and the sea. We enjoyed our stay as we have done may times before.We will be back some day again....

The room was o.k but the bathroom was infested with ants. Along way from town and alot of rubbish on the beach,but a good swimming pool.

Bel hotel situé en bord de mer, sur une longue plage de sable fin. Accueil impersonnel et un peu froid. Par contre, le personnel d'entretien, des restaurants, de la piscine est très attentionné et très aimable. Hotel calme en semaine mais très animé le WE. Chambre agréable avec petit balcon donnant sur la mer et la piscine. Propreté impeccable.
Par contre, l'hotel est tres isolé et les taxis de l'hotel sont hors de prix (250 baths pour Cha Am 6 kms et 300 baths pour Hua Hin et même 450 baths la nuit). Au bout de la route (10 mns pied depuis l'hotel), les bus publics (toutes les 20 ou 30 mns) mènent en centre ville de Hua Hin & Cha Am pour 20 baths. Si je retourne dans la région, je prendrai un hotel plus central

My trip was mainly for business however there was time for pleasure has I was with a friend who had not been to the Far East before. The hotel is in need of some TLC which also includes the staff being more friendly and better trained in service care to the guests. Most are very limited speaking english. The was a lot of re-furbishment going on in the cottages where we were staying. However, that was to both our advantages as it meant that we were the only ones in the whole area of that garden and in fact had the pool to ourselves every day of our stay. In general the accomodation although adequete for to single males would fall well short had I been accomanied by my wife. The cleaners left a lot to be desired and the overall cleanliness was poor. To sum it up I would stay again if on my own providing that I was not located within the main Hotel as the gardens are very beautiful and peaceful. But there is a lot of room for improvement.

Expected more from a superior garden view room. The room in need of refurbishment, wear and tear looking old. Carpets, blankets awful, balcony dirty, ants everywhere need pest control. Noise control poor, can hear people outside. Apart from room, everything else was nice.

We stayed in a cottage which I thought could do with some decorating, but the beds were clean and comfortable and the room was cleaned every day. The gardens were kept very nice and it was peaceful. The Hotel was long way from the town, so it meant we were stranded unless we got taxi's everywhere, but the beach was great, so were the hotel pools. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice and as much as you could eat.
