We checked in and were shown to a room that was truly awful. Dirty, in bad repair - lacking all amenities with just one coat-hanger. It had a window looking out onto a brick wall 3 feet away. I first stayed at this hotel while booking my room thru the internet and got charged 1200 baht per night or thereabouts i later went to pattaya in thailand and returned a week later to bangkok and stayed at the same hotel (wooraburi) i just turned up at reception without a booking and they told me all rooms for 1200baht are booked out but they got a better room i think they called it superior room or something for 1400baht i said ok and found out that the room was a little bigger and had a panel in front of the window anyway i thought fair enough and paid the extra 200 baht without a problem. Anyway on my next return to the hotel which was 2 weeks later after going for a trip to philippines i never booked yet again and at the reception they told me all rooms for 1200baht are booked out and they have only a superior room again that is available this time they said 1700baht i thought ok hoping this room will be bigger and better then the last , when i opened the door it was smaller then the room i had on my last visit and looked identical of the room i had first time which i paid 1200baht for and the smell was very ordinary in there, they had some sort of fan in there to try to get rid of the musty smell... I stayed one night and ran away to another hotel. Never again will i stay here after that experience i dont know how they can charge you 500 baht extra for a room that you paid 1200baht for 1 month earlier and now they charge you 1700baht for and the only extra i got was a musty smell. I realise you have to watch out for getting ripped off in thailand but hotels should realise they will get a bad name if they operate in this manner....Hotel Facilities

The hotel is nicely located and gives facility of free transport to main road at every 30 minutes interval. Standard rooms are small but clean and with good air conditioning. Breakfast is served in buffet and is of good quality.
Rooms are clean and have good air conditioning and lighting arrangement. The window opens towards the road side with a good view of the garden by the side.
We mostly used Swimming pool which is on 5th floor and is isolated and therefore gives more freedom. The facility of transport to main road is excellent idea which helps customers. The staff were very cooperative and helpful. The language is the only problem but we could manage easily. all types of foods are available. However, few Indian dishes would have helped. Its near the main business location and is near the MRT station which helps in getting good transportation facility. However, do not use any shortcuts to reach hotel, it is not safe.Hotel Facilities

The place was worth its money, considering it's a budget hotel. The food was really good and the 24hr restaurant service (SIP) was really helpful as we arrived really late. The spread, although not aplenty, was delicious enough. It was easy to get a cab along the road in front of the hotel. Word to the unsuspecting, do not get cabs that are lounging along the main road. Many are hustlers and some drivers will "force" you to go to some diamond/ souvenir industries and tell you to get out of their cabs if you refuse. Very rudely. The pool was nice and (hence always crowded!!). Overall, I find the housekeeping staff helpful and friendly. The front desk people could smile more, I guess. The air-conditioning system in our room worked very well. There is a complimentary tuk-tuk service from the hotel to the main road which has the sky-train station "Nana" station, for the adventurous. All of the cab drivers we took know can find the hotel. Actually, a rather nice hotel experience for a budget traveller!Hotel Facilities

i have 3 cockroach as my neighbour in my room. Can see them running around even in the morning time. The walking distance is still acceptable eventough its far more away from 10- 15 min walk like that other said. overall, the service there is poor especially the restaurant staff..very rude and the receptionist is ok only..one of the bell boy is exremetly rude whereby he demanded us to pay him tips to his hand! At breakfast they used broken porcelain and I saw other guests like me was choosing unbroken porcelain. They had a free ride by a long "Tuk tuk" out to Sukhumvit road. Even if You have to pass a noisy area at soi 4 the hotel is in a silent area.Hotel Facilities

Concerning the rooms, they are more like guesthouse rooms than hotel rooms. Therefore I rated room standards as poor, although the room was clean.The pool section at the roof is nice, the restaurant downstairs fair but overpriced if you compare with other restaurants not being part of a hotel. The room was clean but a little dismal. Could have done with 2 bedside tables and a better bedside light. The shower needed updating. The reception area was very good and the staff were excellent. Loved the pool area. Very restful after a busy day sightseeing. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice. On the whole excellent value for money. Old hard bed, old furniture in room, Breakfast very dis-organized, (nobody could seat us or tell us to wait, food was terrible), I checked out a day early because the room was so uncomfortable and I had the suite ate 57 dollar a night. The bathroom had no shelf to put a shaving kit...I placed mine on top of the toilet. The rooms were noisy to the corridors because the bathroom window is split glass type used in very old bathrooms, so no privacy at all...Just would never go back there again.Hotel Facilities

And altough I made several complaints to the management, I was being more or less ignored.
