The hotel is well situated, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and always willing to help - they did not give the impression that everything was being done in order to get a tip - a feeling that always makes me feel uncomfortable. Well recommended even for the elderly as my 84 year old mother enjoyed it very much too.
Please be patient…

AHMAD from Denmark stayed in a Superior for 8 days in July.
We were staying in 7th floor. In this floor, there was not Wi-Fi, and toilet smell very bad some times. I think this floor is not good if you are planning to stay choose upper floor because I have checked other floor and it was much better than we were. The price we paid I think it was a good hotel and breakfast was good. The bad thing was after two days they cancel the cheese from the menu because there were too many guest in the hotel and cheese is expensive in Thailand. Room is very big, we were 3, and one of us sleeps in the sofa, which was very big and good. So I think if you are family with one child under 12 you must book this hotel because of big sofa. It is also very near to Patpong area so if you want nightlife like me you can walk 10 minutes to Patpong because taxi and tuktuk are very bad in Bangkok. I went everywhere with Skytrain. If you want to shop, go to MBK shopping mall. There is Skytrain near hotel.Hotel Facilities

Good value for money and good location. I stayed here when it was the Tower Inn and they have upgraded it substantially, but it is still not top class hotel. When checking out two European men were checking in explaining that their hotel (Sofitel) wouldn`t let them bring girls into the room. Also they have added a `Girls` bar near the elevators where female bartenders work. All in all, not very classyHotel Facilities

Hallways to rooms are worn out. Carpet in room is very old. Not sure if the linens are changed everyday? Rooms are great size, location is great. Staff is great. Scalding hot water in bathrooms! I didnt mind!. Furniture is old. But lots of closet space. The light switch outlets are all over the place. Should make the lighting more simple. Pool is great because it's on the roof. Awesome view, but I personally wish the water was deeper. Fitness room equipment is a little old and they charge to use the sauna! 200 Baht!! Room service was very fast and the staff is nice. Lots of places nearby to eat. The breakfast is good, not great. But it's something to eat and the staff there is fast and professional. I would grade it higher but the building shows wear. Maybe they plan to upgrade it. If they did some minor touchups this would be a much better place. I am planning to stay there again & bring some friends. My favorite area of Bangkok. Close to everything. Bad part is the traffic outside, but it's not the hotels fault. Pleanty of taxis outside hotel. The skytrain is very close.Hotel Facilities

A HotelTravel.com Member from Singapore stayed in a Executive room for 3 days.
King-size bed was given when requested, and the room is very large - bigger than any other similar class hotels I have stayed previously. Seems the hotel building was converted from a building for some other uses previously, and maybe that explains the large room. Furnishing and interior are rather unrefined by any standard. There are even 2 sealed-off old pipes poking 6 ins. out of the floor on the side wall immediately after the main door.
One side of corridor faces the main road (hotel block is perpendicular to main road), and it is very noisy from traffic below. Corridor is not airconditioned, and with the sun beating down onto its opaque sliding windows on one side, it is like walking through an oven. Toilet is fairly clean, but ours is one of the few rooms where toilet has two vent holes on top facing corridor. As such, traffic noise and people talking loudy outside corridor is very disturbing. Staff are not particularly friendly, but I did not expect much either. Need to walk like >ten minutes to the nearest BTS station, which is not convenient for me. But otherwise, the stay is uneventful. Expensive for the standard of hotel.

Damien from France stayed in a Executive room for 1 day.
Hotel was renewed recently. Unfortunately only the outside is new, since room style denotes somewhat a prehistoric design!
Nevertheless rooms are large, hotel is conveniently located nearby the Skytrain network (the next station is only some 300 meters away).
Rate is overpriced for such a category of hotels if compared with the abundant choice available in Bangkok.Hotel Facilities

When we arrived at the hotel (8 PM) we felt almost unwelcome. Not a single smile (in Thailand!) The room we got the first night was awful. There was no better room that night. The staff tried to make us pay extra money for a better room. Of course I didn't accept that. The next day they gave us another rum, rather poor but at least acceptable. We had no other problems leter but the "welcome" we've got was enough for me. I don't stay in Tower Inn again.

For the price you pay the Tower Inn is definately worth it. The rooms are spacious enough to be comfortable, and their facilities are also a bonus such as the pool and gym. It is located in the centre of town, so transport is close by. The rooms are a little dated, but comfortable. I would definately recommend the Tower Inn.Hotel Facilities
