Swimming Pool:
While sun bath by the pool, I feel like myself lying in a resort in Phuket or Bali - calm, peaceful, brushed by fresh breeze and surrounded by trees. The size of the pool seems larger than the one in Marriott Resort and Spa with ample chairs.

Just 3 mins walk from a back-door next to the pool to the "Food Hall" of Central Department Store where it is connected to BTS Chitlom Station.
Services:
Excellent. The staff working by the pool helped us covered our sun chairs with towels. This kind of service seldom find in other 5 stars hotels.

Yhis place is heavily overrated, no idea why.Rooms are small and ( Bangkok compared ) extremely expensive> Great garden and dito pool. Breakfast is good however rooms are poor.

Room was very nice, although the first room they showed me was a smoking room and had to re-issue a new one. Internet was quick and reliable and was charged per day, on my bill. There was a wedding in the main area which was loud and could be heard from every room, but I thought the hotel handled it well by telling guests, in advance, that the wedding would end by 9pm, which it did.

Perfect location. Just 5 min from Ploenchit skytrain. The staff are always smiling and friendly. I always return to this hotel when I am in Bangkok.

Bathroom leak a bit and need to be touch up.Otherwise I would have given an excellent rating. Excellent buffet breakfast spread and lovely garden pool ambience in a city hotel. Walking distance to Central Chidlom ,but need to take a taxi back as we feel unsafe walking the quiet back street at night.

All staff in every department were extremely friendly and professional. The buffet breakfast was excellent infact all meals we had at the Iso Restaurant were of excellent value and quality. Pool and gardens are lovely. Room and bathroom are a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. Distance to Central Shopping Plaza only 5 min walk and nearest sky train station on 10 mins walk. Please remember to take your hotel card with you on outings with hotel directions written in Thai languange because many taxi drivers do not speak english.
It's a lovely quiet hotel in a quiet location, great for families with children and for the person who likes to spend some quiet time just a short distance from the hustle and bustle of a big city.

Nice garden, good restaurants - breakfast as well as Ma Maison, nice rooms. We stayed at the hotel 3 years ago (former Hilton). At that time we were satisfied, too, but the brush up after the take over by another owner has improved the standard considerably. We are looking forward to our next stay.

The Lobby was refurbished recently with absolutely bad taste. The lobby looks like a 3 star hotel. The television in the room did not work properly and the picture was not clear. Cannot call themselves 5 star without attention to small detail like this.

I find the rooms large but not not very modern. Good location. The sky train is not too far. Just missing shops and commercial centers in the vicinity.

We enjoyed our stay at Nai Lert Park much more than the other hotel in Bangkok where we stayed, Holiday Inn Silom, which catered to airline crews and business groups. Nai Lert Park's gardens are beautiful and relaxing. The breakfast is varied and good. Staff was very helpful. We woulld stay at Nai Lert Park again.
