We stayed three days in this Hotel. Very good. Good rooms with a nice view over Bangkok, two telephones and even a deskchair .A bathroom with everything your need. The swimmingpool is not to big but with a nice view over Bangkok and with thick matrasses on the beds. A good place to rest. The breakfastbuffet was very good, even with a coffeemaker. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The hotel is near the Nana Sky train and the busstops on Sukhimvit. We were many times in Bangkok but the next time we will surely go for this hotel....

I have stayed at the Swiss Park a dozen times over the past three years and always come away pleased with the service and friendliness of the staff at the hotel. My only suggestion if you plan to stay there is to book a room on the pool side of the hotel on an upper floor (14-18). The view is fantastic! :-)

This is the second time I have been staying in Swiss Park Hotel. Last year the breakfast menu was not so good. This time I found it much better.
Olso this hotel was known as a girlfriendly hotel in all the Sukhumvit area hotel lists, but this time I faced with a surcharge for my guest. However this application seemed to help the improvement of the quality of the hotel customers. I will be glad to continue staying in this hotel during my future vacations.

I think the hotel needs a total revamp. It appears very old and dull. The pool and breakfast area is very plain and old. The building needs repainting. I would rate the overall hotel as 2 star and would not plan to atay there in the future. The Swiss Park needs an injection of funds to make it a competitive boutique hotel. The street shop front of the hotel is empty and unattractive as is the entrance to the hotel.A lot of work to be done.The suite rooms are quite nice but the toilet didn't have water a couple of times and shower had almost no pressure .It has a good location near two night clubs and Skytrain. Staff were fairly good but seemed boared in their work atmosphere.I'm uncertain why the large seating area in the foyer is for.

It is a just so so hotel, the worst during my trip in Thailand, maybe due to it is in capital- Bangkok. We paid similar price for others in Phuket island, all of them are better than this one. The location is good, very near BTS Nana station, only 3 stops to Siam Paragon. Breakfast has little variaty. The worst thing is that when we check out in the morning, cashier told me that housekeeper found one chocolate bar was missing in the mini bar. we even didn't open the mini bar! We said we didn't take anything from the bar, and housekeeper rechecked and still said we took it. We didn't buy it and ask them to check again. This time after long time waiting, cashier said everything was ok. Why in the first place they said so??? we were lucky that we had enough time to argue with them. I won't stay in this hotel again.

Nice location. Front desk not always helpful. They sometimes acted like they didn't care and you were bothering them. Rooms just okay. Breakfast was good if food was out. I had early breakfasts due to going on early tours and sometimes pancakes and french toast were not available, nor was there a person there to cook your eggs. This was actually my least favorite hotel for my 3 week trip. Served it's purpose since I didn't spend much time there; only to sleep.

Superb location and Nana BTS is just 3 mins away.Rooms are well appointed & staff is very friendly.Contrary to some of the earlier reviews, we found the staff at the breakfast hall very courteous & helpful. The b/f buffet spread was also quite good given the fact that it's 3 * hotel.The view where we stayed was not good as it is totally blocked by a new construction, however, there was no disturbance whatsoever.We'd surely come back here next time we're in Bangkok.

Rooms are small but clean. At the moment construction work is going on opposite the front side but the noise from this source does not disturb too much. More noise towards the side of the Ambasserdor Hotel. No CNN but HBO on TV. Near skytrain ,airport bu sstation and meter taxis and for food a five minutes walk to Foodland. In this location with this breakfast and the room quality you probably will not find a much better choice. This was the second time I stayed there and I will come back again.

Hotel location is good and has easy access to Nana Station. Convenient and is a walking distance to some shopping malls and night market along the Sukhumvit road. But the hotel looks like a budgetted hotel especially with the construction next to it. The room is clean, spacious and has a safe for us to keep our passport. Our first impression was paint fumes and claustrophobia and grubbiness in foyer. Reception staff uniforms grubby. First room inspection was full of paint fumes including elevator. It is a very convenient hotel which situated near all the entertainment places and escpecially the Nana train station. The hotel is clean, and quiet but not on the other side of the hotel where the construction is. Inititally, I was given a room on that side which was quite unpleasant as it is just above the construction site which did not appeal me at all and quite noisy. Later I asked for a change of room and I was changed to a corner room 1005 which looked more spacious and bright due to more window area and a better view.
No regrets staying at Swiss Park and will definitely stay there again in my next trip.

The room was spacious and very clean. The draperies need to be changed. The service was very good. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay there again. The breakfast was also good and sufficient. The location was excellent.

tour organisation was not upto mark. we were asked to be ready at 6.30 am but ultimately the bus left at 7.30. also no english newspaper is supplied

It does not have a business centre to rate it. But a good place to stay. There are no of internet cafes around so not much of a proble.

Very comfortable bed with nice sheets. In room safe which is good for such an inexpensive room rate. Excellent location close to the Skytrain station.

You get your own pair of slippers! And we got an own bed for our 3-month child without charge. Last year was even better - every morning I found "The Nation" inside the door. 50 meters to Sukhumvit Road. A couple of hundred meters to two different SkyTrain stations. 100 meters longer to a new Subway station.
