I asked for a quiet room BUT we had a room and just outside behind the window there is the A/C so everytime there was lot of noise. more we had our bedroom in the bad side we just seen the gray dirty building. the personnal was very efficience, the bedroom was very clean, cooking for breakfast fantastic. It's a ver nice hotel in a sympathic part of the town no dangerous near the skytrain and subway. good choice. very nice room all is in teck so quite. near the skytrain and subway, near patpong night markets and lot of restaurants. nice swimming pool and very quite spa, massage.

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. It is in a very good location of Bangkok, close to one of many markets also only 10-15 min walk from the big MBK shopping mall. We really like the interior of this boutique hotell with clean and well sized rooms (executive room). The swimming pool on roof might be used if you want to relax and maybe also take some snacks. We do recomend this hotel as nothing have disapointed us at all.

Positive: Average Hotel, clean. Negative: I have had problem with check-in: first the rooms were not ready and we have to wait long time and mostly they wanted me to pay extra 900 Bath per day for my girlfriend (just because she is Thai)... they wouldn't have dared to ask me so if she was not Thai. Finally they accomodate me for the price established by HotelTravel.com. Rooms are too expensive for the size/decore.

The taxi driver found it a bit hard to find, but its location is ideal. Its tucked away in a narrow building but has far more then looks based on the outside view. Rooms were not the most spacious but easily took in an extra bed. Furnishings and settings were very pleasant, its very quite despite the busy streets around it. We enjoyed the hot breakfasts in the morning and thats when we actually could judge how many people were staying there. Staff were courteous and helpful. Price wise a bit steep. I would recommend and go back there.

lthe position oh this hotel is perfect, in the center town, close to the BTS,rooms are lovely with furniture traditional thai style. At the top of the roof, a nice small pool makes you feel in a perfect place to stay for a resting time. The only negative point that I found is the air conditiong system in the rooms: to noisy and hard to regulate.

I like it. I stayed there for the 2nd time. The furniture and the details are beautiful and give you a Thai feeling. I also like the pool area on the roof. It’s just heaven when you return from sightseeing. The hotel is located conveniently in Surawong road. It’s true there should be another solution for the breakfast area. I didn’t mind the major construction as I was exploring the city most of the time. Hey! It’s Bangkok!

I would never stay there again due to major construction 24/7 with big cranes, etc. next to my room. All service was very good except breakfast area. For breakfast you are crammed into a small coffee shop, some mornings you have to wait outside for a table to be free. The other mornings there are so many small tables crammed together you can barely get thru the table and other patrons to serve yourself from the buffet. They are very short staffed in the breakfast area. I saw the pictures of the resteraunt on-line and thought that is where the breakfast would be, but it is in a totally different place on ground floor. There were also hustlers outside the door of the hotel trying to sell you long boat rides instead of the taxi you requested. Even though the hotel was clean and most staff very courteous, the hotel is located in one of the worse parts of town, the red light district where ping-pong is a favorite sport.

Friendly people, very well behaved and helpful. One of the best attractions of this hotel was its location, situated right at the centre of Patpong, one of the major tourist attractions of bangkok. Right on the main road, very near to the underground station. Buses, taxis and tubes - all available near by. Not an expensive hotel. Right at the centre of the city. Internet at reasonable price. Breakfast could be better. The food in the ground floor restaurant was also nice and fresh and delicious. I am a vegetarian. I could get nice vegetarian food in the hotel restaurant.

The Panorama Restaurant was changed to a very exclusive restaurant, was great quality, but not what I need during a leisure stay. Suggest to offer cheaper options at the menu....
