Awesome hotel in a great location- about a 3-5 minute walk to the MBK. Really funky decor and a great atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had lots of variety and was all very well presented and cooked. The downstairs bar is a great place for a few drinks or a meal. We would love to return for a longer stay next time....

Great place to stay in BKK, a minute’s walk to National Stadium Skytrain. This place masters Exceptional service, close to MBK & Jim Thompson House, Swank hotel design. There are so many great things about this place. What a value too, you get a lot of bang for your baht. The only downer was it seems to cater to smoking Europeans so my room smelled like smoke and sometimes they bug you for cigarettes. I don't think there was a non-smoking Euro-tourist in the place. But Great hotel none-the-less! Stay here if you can!

This was our first visit to Thailand and we were unsure of what to expect but we were very pleasantly surprised at the reception we received at our hotel and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We are what may be described as senior travellers and this hotel made us very welcome and feel very safe.
Thank you.

This hotel has an all exposed concrete frame structure finish which means all services are visible in the ceiling voids. You will either like this deco or hate it. I hated it as it made the hotel very dark and old, although this is to the contrary. General drinks price in the bars are very expensive. Breakfast is excellent. Tour desk prices for trips are also expensive. The hotel should provide free guide booklets and maps in all rooms.

Siam@siam should be congratulated for their hotel. The service was perhaps the best I have encountered on my travels. Nothing was too much trouble, staff were so helpful, hotel very chic, food was great, and I would definitley return to the hotel when visiting Bangkok. Well done to all.

The distance to BTS is about 3 mins, which is convienence to get around Bangkok. But distance to MBK about 5 mins, a little far to walk to during a hot day.

Great hotel in convenient location. Really cool rooms. Nice pool but a bit small and can get crowded and the water was not so clean when we were there. No restaurant in hotel. Would definitely recommend it to my friends. My advise to management, clean up the pool more often coz its small with lots of people in it.

Loved this hotel, nice and handy to everything. Spent lots of time, and money, at the MBK centre. Handy to the Skytrain, which is an excellent way to get around. The tour desk quickly lost interest in you if you don't book onto any of their organised tours. Not very helpful if you just want to know how to get yourself around in anything other than their taxis (which seemed to be pretty good value). Breakfast was great. Will stay here again next time and recommend to friends.

This was the 2nd time I stayed at this hotel which, in general I find very enjoyable and a good value in a good location. I am a woman and was traveling alone at the conclusion of a lengthy business trip. This was supposed to be 3 days of R&R to wrap up my trip. However, my experience was marred by rooftop construction that created quite a lot of noise, even in my room on the 18th floor. When I complained abt the noise, I was told that the management was offering free sightseeing tours to spots I had already seen. In any case I couldn't have taken advantage since I was ill and unable to leave the hotel that day. When I told the staff person about my situation, he smiled and apologized again but no further action was taken even though he promised to take it up with management. So I was unhappy with this visit. I did take advantage of the spa services on the ground floor where it was quieter. I had the mini day spay package combining a facial, body scrub and massage (total of 150 minutes), which for 3300 bhat, I found to be a very good value. I also think the breakfast buffet is very good, although I couldn't partake of it on 2 of my 3 days due to my illness. Management should be informing guests about the rooftop construction- which is due to go on for some time -before guests arrive and ideally at the time of booking. I received no notification until after arrival. Management should also be more responsive to the needs of guests who, for whatever reason, choose not to take a

this hotel is very special due to his design. This is a recent hotel because the taxi didn't know the siam@siam hotel. My recommandation is to take a card with you. We appreciated the pool after a long day in bangkok, the service is very efficient, and the atmosphere is cool. The rooms are design, cleans, no problem. This hotel is very different compare to the otherstandard like marriot or novotel. The night you can enjoy with a brillant local band in the loudge bar. in conclusion you can book a room.

There the pool is quiete small and the elevators are very slow and there are only two of them for over 200 rooms on 20 floors.
The Breakfast was not worth 4stars at all. I've seen a lot better places in Bangkok with much better food.
Unbeattable is the location and the atmosphere.Rooms are very very nicely designed.
we really enjoyed our stay there.

Staff in this hotel ruined our last dinner in Bangkok, hate it! Don't ever trust what's recommended by the doorman. You will be impressed by their unique design. Location of the hotel is very convenient, only 5~10 minutes walk to Siam Square, 5 minutes walk to Lotus Supermarket.

The hotel design is really funky and suitable for young travellers. Overall was very pleased with the hotel except that the bath tub was a bit high, not suitable for older people. Service was excellent especially the concierge. very helpful and made our stay very smooth

We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is swanky with a great modern decor that is inviting and cosy, especially after a long day shopping at the many malls just steps away from the hotel. I recommend this hotel highly. It's in the heart of Bangkok's shopping belt yet once you step in, the place is quiet and you do not hear the traffic or neighbours at all. The spa is great too.

Very trendy hotel. Unfortunately we were put on a smoking floor though we had requested non smoking. We could not sleep the first night due to strong smoke smell, but they were able to accommodate us the next night. Rooms were clean, but small.
Great location - close to Skytrain and MBK and other shopping malls.

Loved the decor and ambience. Great place for singles or young couples. Only 3 min walk to the National Stadium BTS station, 5 min walk to MBK!!
Not for people who expect brightly lit rooms or families with young kids.

The service is Excellent! The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are always there to help. And, that really gives us a very pleasant stay.
The food is nice, buffet breakfast with so many choices of fruits. We ordered a-la cart lunch, and the food tasted good too. The price is reasonable, around Baht 140-300.
The room is very clean and new. And, the bathroom is clean and bright.
On the other hand, the hotel room is a bit dark. The wall is not painted, just the original cement colour. And, another door facing the bed is not really a good idea if you have kids around.
It takes about 5-10 minutes walk to MBK. But, if you wish to take taxi from MBK, it will cost about Baht 100. And, some taxi even refused as according to them, it is too near!!! It will become a problem when it rains and you have small kids around. otherwise, it should be ok to walk.

Good quality hotel, rooms well furnished - I really liked the decor much nicer than the usual. Pool was excellent for adults but not, in my humble opinion that suitable for young children. Great location for the shopping areas of Bangkok. I would definately recommend and definately stay there again in the future.

Overall, I very much enjoyed my 3-night stay and found it to be very high value for the money. The spa was fabulous and my massage therapist was the best. However there were a few details that detracted from the experience and indicate that the hotel has not yet reached the 5-star status they aspire to, although it certainly holds the possibility. The wait staff at breakfast were bordering on rude by showing their impatience for guests to leave once 10:00 AM came. And I found it bizarre that with such an excellent spa on premises, the tour desk tried to promote its own off-site spa package - quite aggressively. But the rest of the staff were wonderful, the food was delicious and the atmosphere quite soothing and comfortable for all its modernity. And even though I declined the expensive limo to the airport, the inexpensive taxi arranged by the tour desk arrived on time and the driver spoke English! I would definitely stay here again.
