The location of the hotel is excellent. Skytrain is literally 400 yards away. The boat ferry is the same distance away and makes exploring the river, palace and Wat sites easy and avoids the car traffic. The staff are very pleasant and competent. The maid did a first class job of servicing the room. Pristine, clean bed linen every day. The pool is a handy 'fun' size rather than Olympic, good for cooling off. Day to day shopping is an easy walk away. There is an excellent low cost Thai restaurant next door to the hotel. Things that could have been better - The breakfast is pretty meagre. Our ...

The air in the building was really bad and stinking. Breakfast only offers 'american breakfast' - no thai food was available. There are exctra cost for television (100 Baht per day). The swimming pool looked very nice.

Our room had air conditioning problems which never really got resolved. I would stay there again without hesitation. Well trained, pleasant, helpful and competent staff. Good communication links with the entertainment venues. Meagre breakfast.

Over all we were very pleased with the service, small things like not being able to lend us an iron or provide an extra sheet let the service down a bit. Would stay again.

For a 2 star hotel, it wasn't bad. Location was not the best, as it was difficult to secure taxis and a bit of a walk to the nearest busy intersection. Room was adequate but old.

This hotel is close to the Bangkok sky train and near the shopping centre Robinsons. The rooms were moldy and you had to run the air con on all day to get the smell of the room. The rooms weren't dirty, but really dated and old. Their white towels are almost gray from all the use and were from another hotel. The food at breakfast was awful. When we first saw the room, we were tempted to leave and find another hotel. We had a suite and my friend had a double room with small balcony. I wouldn't recommend this place. Hopefully they will renovate!
