excellent value for money! good location for shopping, public transport and entertainment. staff is very helpful at all times.overall a nice place to stay in bangkok especially if you dont want to spend too much money for accomodation and still stay in a decent place with adequate facilities!! highly recommended when budget is not very high! Room good, size, saftey, cleaness, minibar, bathroom inlc. bathtub. big choice of food(western & asian) and beverage in a middle class price range. any time taxi available, free tuck tuck transport to the sky train staiton 8am to 10pm.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Only problem was the hot water that didn't get very hot. Location was great and close to metro and skytrain. Staff were very very helpful.

I've stayed here before and it was OK. It's sister hotels better.
Small room, poorly maintained. half writing desk taken up with TV. TV reception fuzzy. Channels not as per guide. Ugly large safe in room. Bootmark on ceiling! leaky shower.

Reception lobby was bright and cosy, probably the best part of the hotel. Beware when they assign you to the room, there is the main wing which is the main building, and there's this other corner wing which they tried to put us up at. Its a 5 min walk away, but worst of all is that this wing is like an apartment block that they refurbished into rooms. Certainly not what we expected for 72 USD/night! In the end, they gave us a room in the main building. The room looks a little dated but stayable. Breakfast was average, and the hotel is a 5 min walk to the main road.

Was diappointed with the breakfast at this hotel, The Ambassador BKK and The Thai Garden Resort were far more superior for breakfast.
