This hotel has excellent staff, which are always happy to help. Great food in all the resturants and outside cafe in hotel. One of the best singers mr. tong always sings around 10 pm. On the second floor a nite cap lounge which has karaoke....always fun! If you need help finding a place they will help you and tell the taxi driver where to go ....just the best service for your money... you want a great hotel to go to that is always there to help you and serve you to a "t"....this is the place to go ....and with everything close to hotel why go any further, go to royal city where everyone h...

Reception and front of house staff are fantastic and make you feel at home. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The room was very clean and spacious and maid service excellent. We will definately be back.

I was somewhat dissapointed by the management of this hotel. The breakfast choice was extremely limited and the staff were unhelpful-bordering discourteous. I would not recommend this hotel and would suggest a serious management shake-up. Its a shame because the building and rooms are quite nice.

Do not use the taxi service at the hotel, because they do only want to get your money, and do not give you any service for the money paid. Used the service first day in Thailand, and did overcharge me and drove extra in the city to get more money from me. A pity that this is our memories from the hotel, since the rest of the staff were allright.

The hotel is really far away from the majors shopping malls, if you are planning a trip for shopping only maybe this is not your better choice. The room was really nice, we get the top floor, the only thing is that in the hallway the air conditioner was always off and the TV do not offer to much to see in english.
