- The fuse of our room cut off EACH DAY during our stay there.The stuff came and only said "sorry,sorry" and half an hour later, the people came and fixed it.
- The room is quite dirty, yellow wall, dusty and full-hair carpet.
- The AC can only ON or OFF, with ON, it was freezing;With OFF, it was extreme hot.
- TV has very very few channel,7 or 8.
- Breadfast is always the same...if you stay there for over 3 days, you will vomit definitely when you try the bdf again.
- The room we stayed was quite noisy from around 8:00AM.
Won't choose this hotel anymore. room was quite small and dirty. Really dirty and floor full of hair. Noise! - Sorry I don't understand Thailand language, so I don't know what the speaker said during the early morning. But, it indeed impacted on our sleep time. Actually no facilities. Service poor, even I complained, the stuff came after 20 mins. The breadfast is the same each day, which seems to be an unwelcome way for the guests staying there for more than 1 day.
In general, it's really expensive and I could not find any outstanding point of this hotel. by walking, 20 mins to BIG C and ZEN.

Staff was very helpful and friendly especially the lady at the tour desk. She helped book a lovely hotel in Pattaya for us. Room is clean but dated. Breakfast was average. Location is the best thing about this hotel. It's located close to all major shopping malls in Bangkok. Will definitely stay here on my next BKK vacation.
