Excellent value for money: room was very good and the buffets offered in the restaurant were excellent in variety and great value in terms of cost. The swimming pool area could do with a re-vamp, more loungers and brighter decor.
Would certainly recommend this hotel to friends. We stayed in 10 hotels during our R-T-W trip and this was certainly one of the best experiences - friendly staff and courteous attention.

Well it's a nice cool place, really if you want to relax this is the hotel. You normally hotel provide transport every hour to MRT-Station and also to those important shoping malls such MBK and King Power. Anytime you can get a cab to take you anywhere. You will never hear outside noise the only thing the hotel need to do something to protect noise from room to room. In my case my TV was on one night with reaseonabe valume but someone came a nock my door to complain that I was disturbing her.

Not convenient. Hard to get taxis, not close to the underground, too far to walk to. My advice, make friends with a local taxi driver to come pick you up ! Other wise, be prepared to waste loads of time.
And, it also better to have a regular, as half the taxis have no idea where the hotel is, and they would take you on a round about treasure hunt.
Food wise, the worse I have had in all my hotel stays, but I guess it might have been because of the number of guest comming down in loads during my stay, and the trays were emptied out in seconds.
But, I would like to sum it up that, as this hotel is rated 4 star, I would have expected better. It felt more like a 3 star hotel, with average decor,food and service. and to top it with the fact it wasn't conveniently located, I felt it wasn't worth the star and value for money rating.

As regular users of the Radisson BKK we have always found everything excellent and good value ...but this this last time we found food costs at the Coffee shop increased and range of european food poor.No mutton,lamb or pork although asian range was good..We did not enjoy dinner but breakfasts are first class..Hope it improves next time? I found the hotel itself good but the main problem for us was the position in regards to the main City. I now believe that the hotel is mainly used for business people as it appears to be in the main business district. Apart from its location, it was a good hotel

The hotel and location is fine this is the reason for me making this hotel a home far from home. The only thing in which I'm not happy about it is their limited TV programs and in-proper bathrooms lights in case someone want to shave or put a make-up, otherwise it is highly recommended hotel in Bangkok.

The staff was very friendly. The room was very confortable and clean. However, I was charged 5$ for a local phone call which seemed excessive (to a cell in Bangkok - 2 mn duration). The location is not good at all: there is nothing to see close to the hotel. The breakfast was rather inferior (drinks not getting refilled, slow service, poor quality of food, food served cold). I would not recommend this hotel - try cheaper ones, and get a better deal at a better location.

It has a lovely atmosphere. The staff is very helpfull and beatiful. We didnt like the the restaurant but you may enjoy the meals if you like european and thai style cuisine.The rooms are quite big and very clean. The hotel is about 10 KM to the city center and it takes about 30 minutes depending on the traffic. City is famous with its traffic jams. I suggest you use express way. :)

Very nice Hotel everything you need for a short stop, food can be a bit pricey and I found the Wine way too much nearly £5 per glass. Other than than I am very satisfied they even lay on a shuttle bus service to various parts of town which saves on Taxis.

with my first visit to bangkok your hotel made me feel very welcome and safe ,it was a pleasure to wake up in the morning and find very freindly and helpful staff .I was that happy with my stay that i booked a two night stay for my daughter and freind which they said was a very plesant stay ,which was only last week ,i would recommend that any one travelling to Bangkok to stay with the freindly staff at the Radisson. I will be travelling to America in november and hope to receive the same level of treatment when i get there
