Well it's a nice cool place, really if you want to relax this is the hotel. You normally hotel provide transport every hour to MRT-Station and also to those important shoping malls such MBK and King Power. Anytime you can get a cab to take you anywhere. You will never hear outside noise the only thing the hotel need to do something to protect noise from room to room. In my case my TV was on one night with reaseonabe valume but someone came a nock my door to complain that I was disturbing her.Hotel Facilities

Not convenient. Hard to get taxis, not close to the underground, too far to walk to. My advice, make friends with a local taxi driver to come pick you up ! Other wise, be prepared to waste loads of time.
And, it also better to have a regular, as half the taxis have no idea where the hotel is, and they would take you on a round about treasure hunt.
Food wise, the worse I have had in all my hotel stays, but I guess it might have been because of the number of guest comming down in loads during my stay, and the trays were emptied out in seconds.
But, I would like to sum it up that, as this hotel is rated 4 star, I would have expected better. It felt more like a 3 star hotel, with average decor,food and service. and to top it with the fact it wasn't conveniently located, I felt it wasn't worth the star and value for money rating.Hotel Facilities

with my first visit to bangkok your hotel made me feel very welcome and safe ,it was a pleasure to wake up in the morning and find very freindly and helpful staff .I was that happy with my stay that i booked a two night stay for my daughter and freind which they said was a very plesant stay ,which was only last week ,i would recommend that any one travelling to Bangkok to stay with the freindly staff at the Radisson.
