This was an excellent hotel, close to the Bangkok airport, for an overnight stay. We were in transit to Bali and had only 7 hours in Bangkok. The hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly, we were very surprised by the size and condition of our room! It was incredilble value for the money. An excellent hotel with great staff and ammenities. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have had and we travel extensively all over the world. I wish there were more hotels like this one, especially at the rate we paid. The free airport shuttle service was very much appreciated and effic...

This hotel is away from the centre of Bangkok near the old airport and there didn't seem to be a lot around in the way of entertainment however the area was interesting for my wife and I. We do a lot of walking and looking. The hotel was quiet with not too many guests and so the staff were very attentive and pleasant. The dinner we had in the restaurant there was absolutely 1st class - tasty and well presented. We plan to stay there again on our next trip.

Hotel was not convient for location as advertised. Had a smell of cheap perfume to cover mold. TV was missing in relaxing room and toilet would not flush. Break a glass in the room by accident, get charged 50 baht with no smile. I would not stay here again or recommend.

Booked room months in advance. and was never advised that a new airport would be in operation and that the free shuttle service was not available,thus costing much more for taxis.The tourist booth at the new airport was very helpfull ,however they promised me a metered taxi but when we got to the hotel the driver charged a fixed price of 450 Baht.We booked a metered taxi for 530 A.M.and the front desk said it would be only a few minutes late.A metered taxi came and we were told to wait for our taxi. More taxis came down our street and the bellhop said any minute our car would arrive. At 610 A.M. "our" metered taxi arrived.He refused to turn on the meter.As we were now late ,we we forced to pay another 450 Baht.On the flight to Bali the was an article in the Bangkok newspaper about certain hotels misleading customers by using airport in their name which are not near the new airport.

Hotel a little tired and in need of decorating. Staff very friendly however and made us welcome. Restaurant was fine and breakfast excellent. Location was good considering it is near the airport but the airport has now moved accross the city. It is really not well positioned now.

The room was spacious, clean, and all items in room worked. I liked the coffee making in the room and would recommend to friends. There was a duo playing flute and piano. Nice music to dine to. I have stayed at mopre expensive hotels and the rooms were smaller and not as clean. Excellent value for the money and location to airport.

The room was very comfortable and quiet, which was the main thing for us. The suite was very spacious but not exactly of the highest specs re furnishings and the bathroom showed signs of wear and tear. But as the airport will soon be moving and this hotel is mainly geared for airport custom, then this is understandable. We were well looked after by friendly attentive staff and as the price was reasonable, the rather old-fashioned furnishings and so on were not a problem. The grounds are quite lovely and one of the nicest features.

large and spacious suite-it was ideal for what we needed: somewhere to sleep and have a swim near the airport so we could catch early flight the next day. you could hear the planes coming and going - nothing a pair of earplugs didn't cure. pick up and drop off at airport great. we had room service for our evening meal and it was excellent.

The reception area screams to be updated, and the suite was very large but dated, especially the kitchen facility. The bedroom area was sufficient for the 2 weary travellers in transit. The restaurant was attractive, and apparently a favourite of many for the evening meal. The area outside, while older seemed safe, and was located near a neighbourhood temple. We enjoyed an afternoon walk to view how "Bangkokians" live apart from the downtown area (which we had previously experienced along Sukhumvit). For an inexpensive overnight not far from the airport with a restaurant and hotel transport, this place is okay.
