I stayed in 5 hotels in my visit to Thailand, Pullman bangkok was the best experience, the hotel location is very convenient and they provide a tok-tok service every 10 minutes or so to drop you off as close as 2 mins walk from the victory BTS station, they were the best english speaking stuff i dealt with in Thailand, the buffet breakfast is just perfect, no question about room cleanliness and facilities, a very good value for money i would say....

I have been to Bangkok many many times and this is one of the best I have stay. Everything is new and staff are extremly friendly and helpful. The shutter tutu services is wonderful esp after a fruitful shopping. Highly recommeded and i will definitely come back again.

Hotel staff were so friendly, helpfull and professional. Swimming pool and gardens are really cool. Free tuk tuk to sky train which gets you anywhere in Bkk and is only 5 mins away. Close to everything. Has security staff also. Right next door to King Power Duty Free - for all those crazy about shopping(try the sushi on the ground floor - you won't regret it)

Our stay at Pullman Hotel was simply perfect! A wonderful combination of modern style and traditional warm and friendly colors. Breakfast was a real treat, with nothing lacking and all beautifully presented. Swimming pool is probably the best in Bangkok. Comfortable bedding, with dawn filled pillows. Tuk-tuks are at your disposal the whole day to take you to the skytrain.There is enough space around the builging to give you the feeling of tranquility. We will surely recommend this hotel to our friends and definitely will stay here during our next viti.

I don't know what happen to the hotel. There must be something wrong with the management. I booked 4 nights via hoteltravel.com but the staff from the front desk told me there's only 2 nights in the record when I checked in. After showing the voucher, the hotel staff checked again and said it's 4 nights instead of 2. When I checked out, wierd thing happened again. The hotel staff asked me to pay the hotel charge even I said I've paied via hoteltravel.com already. He insists that what I paid is only the service fee for hoteltravel but no room charge. So I called hoteltravel immediately and let the representative helped to talked to the hotel. The hotel finally admited it's their fault and that was 40 minutes later. I can not believe all these mistakes happened in a 5 star hotel.
