The 23rd floor comprising reception, restaurant and bar have been completely renewed and are very luxurious and beautiful now. All staff is very friendly and professional. Breakfast is perfect with lots of choices. Dinner at Panorama restaurant is of very high quality. The room was big, nicely furnished and offered nice views of the city. Reservation via HotelTravel was easy and quick....

Absolutly beautiful, it's a very nice hotel with perfect services (like sauna, fitness, swimming pool, etc...). People are very professional and pleasant.For the price, you have very luxuous services, so very good Quality/Price ratio.There is only a little negative point, the situation of the hotel, far from the "old" town where there is monument and other. Fortunately, taxi are very cheap and it's pretty easy to move from the hotel to other place in the city, using the metro or bus.

This Hotel is not the best located, although it is close to the local sky rail station.
Not the best value for money, however the standards and service were very high.
Do your laundry somewhere else, it cost us AU$215 for 2 bags of laundry.
Other than a couple of negatives this hotel offers very high standards and the rooms are well appointed.
On my next trip to Bangkok I would stay somewhere else. The Siam Heritage was the best value for money and in a good location, next to the action at Patpong.

Fine business hotel, no tour groups, on edge of business district....good run from the new airport....perched on top of building , starting at 24th floor....great swimming pool...rooms quite comfortable...not cheap , but worth it.....

All in all a top class hotel but catering primarily for business users, I found the staff extremely friendly and helpful and the pool and gym facilities greta for that energy and relaxation vibe that we sometimes need.
It's location was wonderful giving easy access to the Skytrain and the shopping centres nearby.

We found the Pan Pacific to be excellent in every way. Great service, great room and a reasonible rate. It is a four star hotel, but the quality of the service, room and facilities were nudging five-star in my experience.
