The staff were excellent...extremely friendly, helpful and professional. During our meeting there was always someone available to assist with last minute needs, which was great.

we used one pair of in room slippers and decided to take them along as we believed that they provide each guest with new slippers. we experienced a very embarressed situation when we were told at the check out that the slippers were missing and we had to pay for it. we do travel a lot and have visited many hotels but this has never happened to us.......it is highly unlikely that we shall use a hotel of the novotel group ever again.
it is not the money but is the treatment and how you feel at the counter and in front of other guests and it is not hygenic to reuse slippers.

It's a good business hotel with nice breakfast. Not so ideal a location for tourists though. The room is clean, the bed is comfy, room service food is excellent. Quite good value for money. Will stay again on next business trip. However, the internet connection fee is pretty steep at 520Bahtt for 24hrs. Should consider giving discount for longer stay customer.

Only negative and disturbing aspect was the very loud flushing of the toilet. Very positive for us as a family of three was our double-bed room. It had two beds (one queen size and one single). Hotel about 30 minutes off the airport by public taxi. Close to shopping malls (15 minutes walking distance). Good location for stop-overs. Not best location for longer stays to explore the city.

We were only in the hotel 5 houes to freshen up between flights, upset that the staff forgot to give us the packed breakfast that we had asked for when we checked out at midnight.
I feel that there could be a special rate for short stay guests.

Nice hotel. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Location let it down. Not close enough to the airport to be convenient for the extra price you pay. Might as well have stayed in Bangkok and got accommodation at half the price. 30minutes drive from airport.

The staff were very competent in English. The room was spacious and in tip-top condition. There was even a comfortable sofa bed. The mini-bar in the room was fantastic as well - with a wide range of liquor and candy. Bathroom amenities were cool as well. Definitely worth going back to.

Apart from being further than the airport (about 25 mins taxi ride) the hotel itself was excellent with a selection of good restaurants and friendly helpfull staff. The room was spotless and had excellent facilities.

I loved the swimming pool and the decor. When I checked out, your staff did not look closely enough in the room closet and missed seeing the robe that I had left there and accused me of taking a robe. This really bothered me.

The hotel is 20-30mins to the new airport. It is neat and the breakfast was definitely above average. It is good for us just for stay overnight for next day early flight.

Hotel was further from new BKK airport than expected -- about 30 minutes with little traffic. Front Desk is rather understaffed and queues for various functions (check in/out, miscellaneous inquiries, etc.) were not clearly established. Room was nice, very clean, and featured a gleaming bar display!

Around January to February, Bangkok holds the Ban Thawai Wood Carving Fair. Here one can watch demonstrations of woodcarving and other local handicrafts as well as purchase the products produced. The work is that of Northern Thais and tends to be more intricate than that of their southern cousins. It’s well worth a visit.
This year, the International Photographic Contest, officially endorsed by the Crowned Prince, honours images of People.
One of Thailand's largest travel fairs. Exhibits cover everything from international cruises to local restaurants.
