Rated #104 for all Bangkok hotels

First of all, the Thai people understand what good service is. They are beyond polite and mannerly--they seem truly concerned about your well-being without being overly patronizing. Just exceptional! The entire hotel was magnificent. Breakfast in the morning was fit for a king--better catering than many of the weddings I've been to! The hotel took my breath away. Rooms were ver nice, too. Beaurtiful, and state of the art amenties. Restaurant and lounge top-notch, worth a visit even if you weren't staying at the airport! Only had breakfast, but it was outstanding. Eggs were delicious! This is far superior to any other nearby airport hotels and worth the expense. We will stay there again.

Very nice hotel, great for a 1 night stay before flying out Suvarnabhumi airport, but over price. You could stay in a similar quality hotel in Bangkok cheaper, but you have to add the a cost of a taxi ride get to the airport. Plus, you need to think about the extra time to get the airport.

A five minute drive from terminal--could it e any more convenient? Vans were waiting for us on both ends, and took off promptly for destinations. Was never bothered or inconvenienced by noise.

the hotel is very new, and you still need to take a bus from the airport to the hotel. they will connect it via an underground walkway - no sign of this happening in November 2006. Until the walkway is done, go to exit 4 and look for a free mini-bus.

As this is a new hotel all the amenities are excellent. It is a real credit to the management that the staff is so cheerful and helpful. It appears the staff enjoys working there which reflects in their performance. I saw mangers guiding in a few instances, but it was in a friendly manner to the staff which they cheerfully responded. I will recommend this to friends who like the best in comfort and service.

Our one night stopover we would highly recommend this hotel, especially the rooms and pool. Although I thought the prices at the pool bar were very expensive ! Good location for a short stay near the airport. Room rate was extremely good for October 2006. Will look forward to going back there.

New hotel right next to the new airport. However, no signage at the airport to tell you how to get to it. Eventually got there by shuttle bus. Check in ok - someone else checking in found they didn't accept Diners card. Rooms good, however only 2 English language tv channels (Bloomberg and MTV I think), dangerous fittings in bathroom. Gym not open at the hours they said it was. No acknowledgement from them so far 2 weeks after pointing these and other matters out.

Large Room will all that you can need to recover between flights. Great hotel always willing to assist. Brialliant, opened bar late so that late arrivals good relax with a drink if desired. Breakfast is awesome with a wide range of choices. Only disappointment is the check in process needs to be refined and streamlined as it takes way to long to check in creating queues.

Staff friendliness good, but efficiency and professionalism awful -- long lines at check in and check out, key didn't work twice, bad service when calling reception for help (long long delays in them returning call), took very long to get my internet password, etc.
