found the apartments were excellent apart from the kitchen which had only running cold water,and with having two small babies it was a pain having to boil the kettle every time you needed to clean bottles etc,and the resteraunt downstairs did not do take away meals(room service),but the actual apartment was very spacious we had two cots in our room and still loads of room to walk about.....

extremely boring hotel in such a madly vibrant and pulsating city.....had the feel of a haunted house....not a person at the gym or the pool or the lobby, for that matter....was give a wonderful room on the 22 floor which had magnificent views of the back-bedrooms of the adjacent hotel......after much complaining with the hotel staff was i given another room with a slightly wider skyline....bathrooms as tiny as a S sized t shirt, the shower sprayed all over the walls and floors instead of on me....All in all a delightful experience if you love cold, soulless spaces....And yes, do bring along your Nikes....the skytrain is a good 5 minute hike away in the blistering heat....Naturalville has nothing delicious to recommed about it, except perhaps the Lenotre macaroons, sold in the lobby....yummy!

Would have liked to have had room service dining available. Shower hose needed attention, did not allow enough water pressure. Room excellent however noise through windows from outside. Need to be double glazed.
