I stayed this hotel for 2periods of times which was on a way to Phuket.
The location is excellent not only to Don Muang airprt but also very easy
traffics to Suvarnabhumi airport by express way. I stayed Superior room
on 9th floor on both period of times. The room was excellent, wide enough
and clean, required all amenities are perfectly. The counter staffs are very
friendly and did great job for both checkin and checkout. The breakfast
served by the restaulant on ground floor as buffet style and taste excellent.
I'd like to use this hotel for any other opportunity in the future as ...

In transit from Suvarnabumi to Dong Muang for a overnight stop it's a good and nice place to stay. Excellent room, nice little clean pool on top of the hotel, with some sunlight and well above the heavy traffic, but freeway and trains are a bit noisy. Sport studio in good quality. 3 typs of restaurant in the house and nice lobby. Comfortable good beds to sleep in and very friendly staff. Just wondering how long this standard is kept up, scince the busy times of Dong Muang Airport are over for now. The surroundings are not so wellcoming, but for a overnight stay its good value.

Good size; good light, good bathroom - but everything seemed a bit old. Room key card did not work on both evenings that I was there whan I returned at night. This meant a long trip back to reception since there are no house phones on any of the floors in the public areas, so there is no way of communicating with anyone if one cannot get into one's room. VERY annoying. Buffet meals - lots of choice and fairly tasty, though not 'spectacular'. No aircraft noise in room despite close proximity.

This hotel is great if you want to be close to the airport. It isn't really close to downtown, so if you want to see the city of Krung Thep (Bangkok) I would not recommend it. But if you have business North close to the airport and want to catch that early flight-this is the spot. The rooms are big and clean. What a great value!

The Miracle Grand is convenient to the airport. Their shuttle service is great. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet which had a great variety of foods for every taste. The staff are friendly, gracious, and attentive. It was a great value. I'll stay there again.
