We stayed in a deluxe river view suite and it was great. All the way from check-in at the executive lounge on the 31st floor to the breakfirst in the morning. Exellent service throughout the entire stay, and very efficient staff. I can recommend a suite, but the hotel is wonderfull. Nice swimmingpool, lots of restaurants and a nice gym. There is free (wired) internet in the rooms, but if you don't bring your own computer you can use the business center. But it's to much to charge 500 THB for 15 mins. internet! Other than that - a perfect stay at a wonderfull hotel!!!

The location is convenient and has good river views. Generally suited for conference/business travellers but quite impersonal in atmosphere and service. "Deluxe' room was very average and we didn't get double bed as requested. Overall quite disappointing for a 5 star hotel. There were offensive smells (from kitchens?) down a main outdoor corridor to the River.

Beautiful hotel overlooking the River, luxuary and excellent service from the moment you step foot in the Hotel. This hotel is great if you want to chill out and relax. Wonderful pool and Day Spa. If you are wanting to get out and explore Bangkok, there are probably better locations to stay ie Sukhumvit. However having said that I would definately stay at the Hilton again and would recommend highly to others.

Located on the riverside the position of the hotel is a 10 minutes boat trip to the BTS - the Sky Train terminus but easily managable with their internal boat service. Good value for money
