The hotel is a non-smoking hotel which was not mentioned at booking. The swimming pool was closed due to cleaning works. We had only one bed for my wife, me and our 8 year old son (reservation for 2 adults and chd 8 y). An extra bed would have been charged with 700 Bht per night. Breakfast poor. Service at the counter more than poor, employees treated my wife and me like underdogs (my wife is Thai and I'm farang). My opinion: not acceptable for international guests.

Room is nice and clean but can hear noise from other adjacent rooms. Hotel location hidden within 2 blocks of shops. Transport readily available though. Good restaurant,varietiy of food,no problem getting to airport but still 15 to 20 minutes away by taxi. About 45 minutes to BKK central business district even after midnite some choke a bloke of traffic. Friendly staffs. Will stay again next time in BKK

It is great to stay in the hotel if you are planning to transfer to the early morning flight to the other cities of Thailand. It gives great value than the money you pay.
It's close to get to the domestic airport, and not noisy to get asleep.
However, the hotel personells were not so friendly and professional to support my simple request. In the morning of my departure to Phuket, I requested the reception person for taxi and got a YES answer. However, there was no arrangement by any of people on ground floor, and I and my wife had to experience the difficulty to take a taxi whose drivers were not speaking English at all. (On my later stay, all of the taxi driver were English speaking guys. Mayby I was not lucky at the very moment.)
However, again, I can recommend this hotel for budget-travellers staying one night for the flight in the following morning.

This is a good airport hotel to stay the night during a connection from Bangkok. The taxi ride is about 15 minutes from the airport, and only costs about 150 Baht (just make sure the driver is clear where you are going). The area looks a bit questionable at night, but I think that most of Bangkok looks questionable at night. Our room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly. If you are planning on staying only one night, and need a reasonably quite place to sleep during a transfer, this is a good option.
