Booked the Hotel because I have used it in the past as it is near to the airport- unfortunately you have moved the airport and it is now about 50 kilometres away and at 2.30 am not a pleasant experience after a 14 hour flight!...

The accommodation is clean and well priced, the service is friendly and efficient and the breakfast better than many experienced at this level. While particularly suitred to visitors using Don Muang airport, the hotel is quickly accessible by taxi to/from downtown Bangkok and the journey to Suvamabumi Airport can be made in as little as 30 minutes (though allow an hour!).

My initial impression when we approached the hotel was mixed, but I have nothing but praise as soon as I entered the foyer. It is excellently close to the airport. If you like the Thai culture as I do, step out the hotel and you are right between the locals. The mini bus service between the hotel and the airport is great. The hotel is old, but clean and pleasant. The staff is friendly and competent. I will recommend, especially if you are in transit.

This hotel is in close proximity to the airport. I use it when I am laying over and going out the next day. The hotel is clean and service is friendly. The rooms are a bit small but clean. There is not much to do in the surrounding area as it is mostly industrial and the small shopping area is 100% Thai. There is little entertainment in this area. It is a good value as a quick layover for those arriving late and going out the next morning.
