Liked the location and the rooms with choice of pillows. Food and services were excellent. Rooms clean, good amenities, liked choice of pillows. Clean and well-maintained. Hotel has not aged since two-3 years ago when I stayed there.
Service was excellent. Staff was courteous and attentive.
Close to BTS, restaurants, shopping, etc. We had no problem getting taxis. Close to BTS. Great breakfast! Definitely value for money. Will stay here again....

The hotel was lovely and the location great, right off of the skytrain. The staff were very polite, helpful and infomative. The rooms were clean and modern. My only disappointment was there was no option tp pay cash from the accomodations as opposed to paying cash. I will definitely use Hotel Travel .com for all future travel plans.

As I am a regular guest with the HolidayInn Ploenchit since it was opened few years ago, I have grown to be so comfortable with my stay each time I am back on biz trip. this time, I chose to book privately for my own leisure. The staff here are friendly and helpful especially when there is any issue to be handled, the Front Desk Manager is quick to rectify it. Overall, this is a perfect location and taxis service here at this hotel is efficient and reliable. F&B (the Thai restaurant at the lobby walkway is excellent) bft spread is good. The swimming pool however can be improved by having more plants to block the view from inside the hotel walkway to the back wing( so that I won't feel like in a zoo)

If you check the records you will see that every time I come to Bangkok I always use this hotel. If you want to taste good local Thai food I suggest you try the buffet they serve from Monday to Friday in the restaurant next to the swimming pool. Pretty good.

The location of the hotel and the staff were excellent. Polite, friendly and helpful, they assisted us in every possible way with a smile. We did tell them though that we were on our honeymoon but sadly, there was no effort to make it special or memorable, unlike some of the other reviews I have read about on other hotels.It would have been a nice touch. But since it was a long awaited honeymoon, it was something that can be overlooked in favour of everything else.

The hotel was beautiful, clean and very professional. The concierge service was fantastic. Our room was large, well air-conditioned and clean and the bathroom was well equiped with soaps and creams of the highest quality. I cannot find fault with this hotel and will definately stay there again if the opportunity arises. A stone-throw away from the sky train, which can take you to wherever you need to be.

I stayed in Holiday Inn BKK with my wife during our 29th wedding anniversary.
Overall, the hotel is excellent, very clean room, nice pillows and bed sheet. The buffet breakfast was excellent, even though not included in the room's rate. The only comment is that the bath room shower's door didn't quite latch, giving a gap that allows water to flow outside the shower. Location is superb, right in the middle of everything, very attentive staff. We will certainly be back next time.

we loved everything about our stay, we added the upgrade to be able to use the lounge, happy hour and breakfast, it was well worth the extra charge. the location is very convenient and our room was very comfortable and quiet. This was the only hotel that we stayed in Thailand that had nice pillows, and even offered different pillow options!

The room is clean , compact, with good airconditioning, good beds and pillow selection. Sheets and bathroom were clean and fresh white. We took non smoking floor so there was no residue smell. Outside premises of hotel also not dirty. The location and accessibility is superb as it is along the BTS Sytrain route so one can either hop on the trains or walk along the pedestrain flyover which is sheltered. The interior interconnection between Gaysorn and the Intercontinental was aslo useful as it allows access to other superb eateries located within these as well.

It's just outside the big shopping malls which can be very crowded. BTS is just outside the hotel. Returning to hotel is like returning to home. My family loved the place. Just heard it was renovated 6 mths ago, so it's very new. Very friendly staff and service. Definitely will stay there again.

There is a lot of High standard accomodation in Bangkok. I considered the room to be at least 4 star. In other countries I have visited, this hotel would be a 5 star. I found the hotel to be clean, the rooms clean and the service to the rooms very thourough. The staff were extremely friendly, polite and very helpful. This hotel is within the shopping district and is within walking distance of all the major shopping centres and close to the skytrain station. Not a huge selection of dining choices at the hotel. If you take kids, Starbucks and McDonalds were right across the road. will stay there again on my next trip later this year.

The swimming pool is not getting much sun light which is a shame if you would like to sun bathe a couple of hours. We were disappointed by the fact that the breakfast was not included, even though we were sure that when clicking the hotel on your web site, there was the mention that American breakfast was included. The breakfast was very nice, however. In general, we were very happy with our stay in this 4 star hotel: in fact, a week later, we stayed at the Amari Watergate hotel (5 stars) just around the corner, but our preference goes definitely to Holiday Inn where we got perfect service in perfect environment.

When we checked in the hotel, we were given a "faulty" room. 5 seconds after we closed our door, all electric facilities failed and we were locked in our room with no aircon or lights on. Had to call the hotel staff in order to unlock the door from outside. We were then given a second room, but the electricity failure seems to follow us there too. One moment the lights in the bathroom were not working, the next the lights at the door failed too. Had to call the electrician a few times throughout our 3 day stay there. When we upgraded our room, we were told that we would be given a free bed for our daughter as well. So we told the hotel staff to just send the bed to our room. We checked in the hotel at about 1pm that day, but we only got the bed at about 9pm that night - and that was after several calls were made!
