We rated average for its hotel's "value of money " is because with this price range in Bangkok, there are much higher star hotels to compare with. Definitely a plus point is its location.

Spent 3 nights in an Avantec Suite at this hotel. The suite was fantastic. The service (concierge, bellmen, etc) was outstanding. While the location may not be "ideal", the hotel is right across from Patpong market (which is good for a diversion after dinner), close to the skytrain and a 50-75 baht cab ride from everything else. The concierge staff were very helpful with restaurant recommendations (Vertigo at the top of the Banyan Tree Hotel was amazing and The Deck was a nice little spot on the river). The pool atea was small, but pleasant. The breakfast was great (we're missing those almond croissants). Highly recommended!

Needless to say....I give this hotel an Excellent. Comfortable bed and pillows, awesome breakfast, friendly service, good music at the lobby (entrance with insets sound during the night, can you imagine how details are they. You feel home in this hotel.
