This is my favourite hotel worldwide. The atmosphere, friendliness of staff, service and location cannot be better. A story.. Last time I had just checked out and was walking out the lobby. One person of the staff stopped me to tell that the maid had called the reception that I had forgotten some shirts in my room. I went stright back to the room and the maid met me outside my former room with a package of shirts already wrapped in a package. I hope this maid will make a good career at Landmark....

Upper class hotel with excellent location right around the corner from the exotic night life of Nana Plaza and equally close to the Nana BTS skytrain station. Money exchanges, convenience stores, restaurants all within walking distance. Friendly professional staff, in-room safe, free wifi in lobby, pool, gym, and American/Asian restaurants in the hotel.

quite reasonable for business stay, not so special comment about good or bad. However, never felt inconvenient or unpleased.

The Landmark Hotel was nice but expensive for what you received. I found that the Majestic Grande (which is not far away) had very similar facilities and was less than 1/2 of the price I paid for the Landmark.

Not the cheapest Hotel in Bangkok, but it's location, staff, amenities are top notch. You are made to feel very welcome. Great location for the nightlife, market and metro.

My standard clubroom was to small for my needs, so I upgraded to a deluxe clubroom by using the hotel upgrade promotion. It allowed me to take food, drycleaning and other amenities at a discount. The hotel was renovated since my last visit and I really like the new look. A great hotel location with attentive staff who really look after you.l

Good accommodations but pricey by Thai standards. Skip the hotel restaurants. Way over priced. Very friendly staff.
