With regard to No. 5, i rated excellent for all staff except the Public Relations Co-ordinator. Instead of making guests' life easier, he makes it complicated. In addition, his attitude is not satisfying at all. This feedback is mine and many other friends dealt with him. So we perfer to deal with Thai staff because they are friendly, nice and make us really feel as if we are at home.

The thing I liked most about the JW Marriott Bangkok was the security on the entrances. It made me feel very comfortable to see such levels of checks on vehicles and people when entering the hotel. Additionally, the staff at the hotel are extremely pleasant and welcoming and always have a smile on their faces when greeting customers. It tend to brighten up your day to see a smiling face frequently.

The front desk clerk was cold and officious when we asked for an extended checkout. In the end we checked out early and stored the luggage. We have stayed in less expensive 5 star Hotels with warmer and friendlier service.

Very nice hotel. Did not have a lot of time to enjoy all that it offered, and would have liked to stay longer. Great location as far as trasportation and entertainment. Security is a bit annoying, having to go through a metal detector and my wife's bag searched, but times have changed.
