The hotel was very clean and had all the facticities we neededfrom, internet, 24hr room service and the staff where very freindy and meet all of our needs. we even got a take away breakfast packed for us because our flight was early in the morning.A great place to stay....

The room is very clean and the staff are very friendly & helpful. They provide clear direction to the shopping centre where I'd like to go, which saved money & time for me.
When I was leaving, they called a taxi for me and instructed the driver to use the meter, which enabled me to arrive airport in around 25 mins. & saved money as well.
The breakfast buffet was nice. It supplied variety food and made difference every day.

3 star hotel but provide a high standard of service to the guest. It's really worth for money. But i and my husband felt unsecure while we walk back from the nearest BST station to the hotel at night time. Not many lamp post along the road.

I had booking for 3 pax, and was given 1 dbl rm and 1 sgl rm. paying same price for both rooms. For a single man to bangkok, we will like to have some fantasie, so we engage 1 social escort service which will only last a few hours. But we were stopped by the receiptioin and asked to pay additional 660 baht which is about 50% of the rate. reason given was 1 sgl rm for 1 siingle man, additional person using the room (refer to the social escort) have to pay extra, but why can't i book a dbl rm in the first place, since the rate is the same. Pls look into this matter.

Simple hotel but it's still quite new and clean, except those taxi line up infront the hotel are very tricky,Once you got in to their taxi and they will insist to drop you to couple of souvenir shops before to your's destination, if you don't want, they will just stop anyway and ask you to get off from the taxi, it's really happened to us!

The room is excellent very clean even i stay in the standard room category. The staff is friendly and give good road direction and advice on how to travel to your destination. The only thing is the location it is not short walking distance to any shopping area. You need to walk around 15 mins to BTS. The only thing in front the hotel is a bus stop and taxi waiting for you.

This hotel is the perfect no-frills, cheap & cheerful, budget hotel. It is relatively new, so the room and facilities are clean. This is a great choice for an overnight stay where you only plan to sleep in the room. The breakfast offered was well-presented and adequate. If I had to make another short trip to Bangkok, I would choose it again.

This Hotel is entirely new-less then 1 year from the staff I talked to. Basically there is NO other facilities that I know of only Tour guide agent at the lobby, internet and restaurant. Other then that it's okay if you are there just to have some roof above your head
