Problems: The pool was closed and we were not told in advance and not offered refunding. Late check out fees were 1500 Baht. There was some smell of smoke from the furniture.
Advantages: The staff was very efficient and pleasant.

Room was too near the noisey main road. In addition there was an adjoining door which let through noise from neighbours at 2 am! (Laughing, voices, music, etc). Had to ask for another room but noted that also had an ajoining door!

It had the basic amenities needed for a two day stay. During my stay, there was a lot of renovation being performed. The hotel staff placed me right next to a room where the renovators were drilling holes in the walls. The bell hops were somewhat unfriendly and the staff seemed a little disgruntled and discourteous.

Hotel is a bit old. While the rooms are clean, there is a need for some new bedsheets and toiletries. Overall it is a pleasant stay and the staff speaks good english and is able to help me with my questions. A bit expensive but the rooms are large.
