Hotel staff is very good service,so polite and helpful.Breakfast also quite delicious for me,convenience go to nearest shopping center like famous MBK.But in the afternoon about 2pm onwards traffic is very heavy along China Town,anyway i will stay again for my next visit to Bangkok....

I am bit disappointed with the services and suite i got, i haven's seen a single spoon or plate in my room and on request they refused it and they advised me to have room service where is should pay. Room service was poor, English level was below the line and it was hard to explain to them. Reeception attitude was awful, they accussed me of smoking as well, which is not an attitude any non smoker can expect. In simple words : "I won't come here again".

It is located at the centre of China Town which is busy during the Chinese New Year and that caused heavy traffic along the road leading to the hotel. Taxi drivers refused to use meter when required to go to this hotel by charging a fix rate. Tourists have no choice and adhere to their demand.

Perfect hotel although yet again no tea making gear in the rooms. The only true problem with this hotel was its location, having to taxi and tuk tuk everywhere because its a hard walk anywhere. Also being in China town i couldnt find a decent coffee shop which is paramount for those times needed to recoup.

Good value for money. Nice location, close to train and river boat. Taxi is not to be recomended during peak hours. Moves at a speed of 1 meter per minute. Close to tempels and markets. The rooms was average, and the laundry service was terribly expensive. The staff was sort of friedly but did not speak very good english. Not at all would be a more correct way of describing it, i guess. Good taxi service. Don't be put of by the "limos" rough appearance, the driver is swift and friendly and it won't hurt your wallet too much either.

This was an ok hotel but nothing great. The rooms were very large and clean but not in the greatest area. The staff were very good but it took us 3 different rooms to get the non-smoking room we had requested 4 months earlier. It was ok for the 2 nights we were there but probably would make a different choice in the future.
