We was not that satisfied with our stay because the carpet was already not so nice to step on it. The food were always the same everyday which are not favorably satisfying. On the other hand, the personnel are most likely friendly and smiling all the time.

This Hotel is truly excellent, the only reason I rated it good for the standard of room was a very slight noise issue, the configuration of the wing that we where in was of rooms on 7 floors built around a central courtyard. In the bottom of the courtyard was one of the hotel bars, and on our first night at the hotel a large group of noisy business travellers meant the sound echoed up open space, we could here the noise of the group faintly in our 5th floor room. To be honest though this is nit picking to the extreme as the sound was quieter than the very low back ground traffic noise you'd expect in any city centre hotel room. Everything else about this hotel is top notch. The room was of a decent size with a huge bathroom, the Health club had all the facilities you'd expect including 25m swimming pool, gym, steam room, Jacuzzi, etc. And the staff where extremely accommodating of any request made of them. As this was our first trip to Bangkok we where unsure as to which was the best area to stay in. I can assure you if your looking to stay in Bangkok for a couple of days as part of a stop over this hotel is in an excellent location. Being close to the interchange of the overhead metro service, this offers the ability to get around the city very easily. With a wide range of shopping centres and restaurants with in easy walking distance, and any other areas, such as the water front area with the Grand Palace and the Oriental Hotel only a £1 taxi ride away (approx 60 Baht),

Despite the fact that my room reservation was sold out by mistake, hotel management had solved the problem in a very efficient ways. The staff are very friendly and efficient. Services throughout the hotel were excellent. I definitely give a high rating. The fact that they are under rennovation currently is not at all a problem. I would be most delighted to stay again at the Four Seasons.

My favourite hotel outside home! Smiling, helpful management, convenient location, great service and luxurious rooms. I cannot fault the service. The rooms are cleaned and maintained impeccably, evryone smiles and everyone greets you. The service is the best I've seen in a hotel anywhere. Perfect, one minute from a Skytrain station, masses of taxis at the door, walking distance to Siam Square and the central shopping plazas. My favourite hotel past time is lounging by the pool. Surprisingly quiet and secluded, with excellent poolside service. The pool is perfectly maintained. You get what you pay for, but the charges are reasonable. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Bangkok.
