Been there last year also, and I have found that it's not as good as it was. We used to have breakfast beside the pool instead of inside, now they have reduced the place to only the inside coffee shop which is not big enough for all to eat. One must wait for a table. Dinner there was slow and the food was not as asked for.Room service was awful, they could not get the order correct, and after three phone calls they tell me they are out of beverages, and I was only asking for a soda.The positive part of this hotel is the location and the comfortable rooms.Hotel Facilities

The hotel is nothing like it is described on it's own website. The hotel has very out-dated decor and sub-standard facilities. The staff are unfriendly and struggle to understand basic questions in English. The rooms were dirty and the beds and bedding were infested with bed bugs which meant we left the hotel with severe bites all over our bodies requiring medical attention. The cleaning staff were more professional and courteous than the main customer service staff at reception. Check in took more than 30 minutes. The rooms were not as described or promised and there is an odd smell that permeates through the entire hotel. It is only a three star hotel however the service and accommodations provided were not up to the standard of a basic three star establishment. I would struggle to recommend this hotel as the health issues relating to cleanliness and the bed bugs coupled with the service provided by the staff meant we had a less than pleasant stay. The only good thing about it was the location. The beds were visited by bed bugs every nite we were there. We stayed for 3 nites and had to change room every nite as the bugs were biting us..thus..no restful sleep for 3 nites..a real nightmare.
