All rooms are indeed suits with bedroom, living room and kitchen facilities. There is enough place for a family, up to four persons. Everything is practically arranged and very clean. Nice pool roof topped. The staff was very helpfull and friendly. The location between Sathorn Thai and Cinatown is very special in a small soi with real day life. Just five minutes walk to skytrain and river boat station offer access to all places in town.Excellent breakfast buffet...

The room was smelly, The wireless internet that i paid for did not work, the restuarant staff unfriendly and the food awful. An altogether forgetful experience and I will definately not recommend anyone to stay there.

Hotel is very conveniently located next to sky train station and Robinson store. However the approach is very dirty. Also its location appears to be not very well known as the taxi driver had difficulty finding it

This hotel is located in a small side road (soy), so the taxi driver has it quit difficult to find it, though I printed the map from their website. First you think, where the h*** am I landed here.... But when you walk to your left out of the soy, you'll find a big shopping center and almost everything you can think of. Also the Skytrain BTS station is near to this shopping center. The I had a junior suite (which they all are), and the room was large and clean. I didn't use the breakfast, so I can't write anything about that. If I would go there again??? Well if my budget is the same (about $50 a night) I would go there agai. I think you can find worse hotels in this price range. If the Budget goes up, I'll have a look at some other hotels.

The hotel is located in aback lane, not easy to find. Good shopping & restaurants are within walking distance, as is the sky train. I had an executive suite, which was excellent value for money.

hotel was ok the neighborhood was not ok even though the river is within a few blocks away we would have rather stayed on the patgong market street which is much more beautiful and not far from the river also. Value for money is poor, better places for the same money can be found in the nice area of silom. Jaime Ortiz and Vanessa Chavero from Mexico City

What a good idea - have a hotel only comprised of suites. The suites would have been lovely had it not been for the filth and giant cockroach. We had to ask 3 times for our room to be cleaned properly (i.e. tile floors mopped), housekeeping is just terrible, they appear to do the bare minimum. Breakfast was inedible in terms of health and safety, tablecloths were not changed after diners and it got to the point that after 2 days of a weeks stay, we decided to eat out for breakfast. The staff are generally rather inept and unprofessional although friendly. Do not order taxis from them, we experienced a rather dodgy fellow on our ride to the airport at 5 am. But the hotel is in a good location in terms of street food which is excellent, a big Robinsons dept store nearby and very close to the BTS Saphan Taksin. I do not recommend this hotel.
