There is one male front desk staff that acted snobbish the night I checked in. I think he was the manager on duty that night. When I checked out, he could not assist much either. I have informed the front desk that i was checking out very early in the morning and that I would like him to assist calling 3 metered taxi. During the checking out no taxi was available and the staff mentioned was just woke up and could not assist as much. I have to called the taxi myself. The rest of the staff was just OK>

The hotel is very new and close to Siam Paragon, Central etc big shopping area, however u need to take taxi to those areas. Surrounding of the hotel has no stalls to shop and the road coming into the hotel is quite dark and there are link way under construction. Overall the hotel is clean and breakfast is good, worth the money! no swimming pool available.We were given one key for each room only, when we request for one more key as one of us need to go out while the other need to stay in the room to rest, the staff said tht they do not have extra key. So at the end we have no choice but to lie that we back locked the room.
Breakfast is ok but everyday is the same. Need to take taxi to access to places. No walking distance sky train station. tuk tuk and taxi are easily available outside the hotel
