We were very disappointed with our stay at Ebina House. We had stayed there 9 10 years ago respectively. We had occupied the Paris and Melbourn suites at that time. these were excellent then. Our standard room was shabby and it appeared as if NOTHING had bee doen to the rooms in 10 years. They were shabby and very basic. This rather put a damper on our stay. We had recommeded this hotel to another family and were rather embarrased about our recommendation. I can see why it is no longer a "CNNHotel". Sorry we'll stay elsewhere next time.
