Excellent hotel, we arrived late as the flight from australia was very late. We were greeted by a happy smiling porter, then checked in by friendly staff. Room was very good, pool good,breakfast excellent. We only stayed for two nights, however when we return to bangkok, we will definately book this hotel. Many thanks to all staff....

We are going to the Eastin for many years and we are very happy that it will be renovated because it is getting a bit shabby. The location is perfect for us.The staff friendlinnes is with most of the staff excellent, but some of them....where is the lovely smile gone?

Although I have booked a triple room, we were given a room with twin beds and the hotel gave us additional bed which of course is not comfortable as a normal bed which made my stay in the hotel not so pleasant as could not sleep well and the additional bed took up space and thus movement in the room for 3 persons was restricted. The hotel should give us a room with one queen size bed and one single bed which most hotels would provide but they do not have such rooms - so they should not advertise that they have triple room.

The Hotel location is good. It's close to Pratunam market. We can find local food stalls and 7-11 store easily outside the hotel (less than 5 minutes walking). The Pratunam market that famous for fashion is about 10-15 minutes walking. Interesting place to visit.
The room is standard, however the furnitures is a bit old. Bath room is spacious and clean.
The food for breakfast is good. They have a wide variety of food, from Thai dishes, some Chinese and Western ones.
The Hotel staffs are friendly and helpfull.
Overall, this hotel is value for money. Will consider to stay in this hotel again for next visit.

Excellent hotel. The pool and gym is an excellent facility enabling you to escape from the Bangkok heat. The only down side is that it is about a 15 minute walk to the nearest Sky Train station.

the hotel is very big and meet the expectation of an average hotel in a big city. the staff was polite but not more than that. they did not make an effort to help or assist. the room was small and poor. there are so many hotel in bangkok that I will recomend to try another one.

This is the second time in two years staying at the Eastin.While not the most modern hotel in Bangkok the location is good, the rooms are clean, staff are freindly.I would have to say that it represents good value for money.

Eastin is a nice place to stay. For its price, the amenities, the service offered, is very good. The only problem is a lot of the taxi drivers do not know where Eastin is. We had to tell them it is near Bangkok Hotel and D'Ma Hotel. Getting a calling card from the front desk and showed this to every cab or tuktuk driver we rode solved the problem.
I would not mind staying at Eastin again.

I forgot how much I paid, but what I recall was that it was worth it. While the rest of the group relaxed after a day of shopping, I went across the road for a good massage. I was just hoping that the hotel would be closer to the train station, but with lots of tuktuks, going around was quite easy. My favorite food was the Pad Thai!

Nice large rooms, the interconnecting rooms suited my family very well. Price was excellent and pool was nice and big. The upper story location of the pool made it a bit windy at times. Staff were very friendly and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable.

This is an excellent hotel offering great value for money. A 12 minute walk to the centre of the Pratunam shopping area (where there are great bargains, particularly clothing) and too far from Skytrain stations for a comfortable walk but the food is great, especially the breakfast buffet. Rooms are always clean and the pool provides fresh towels on every visit. Staff are helpful and friendly and conversing in English is easy.
