Only spent one night - food was very good, staff friendly. Smoking only on balconies of rooms. I really liked,the clsoe location to Airport - the free transfer to Airport (10min) but still, the Hotel not being in the flight path of arrivng or departing Airplanes . Quiet and even lots of nature around Hotel. The closest 7/11 is about 10 minute walk awsy .

In my opinion, this hotel is actually a one-star hotel; more like a budget hotel. It certainly does not qualify as a three-star hotel. Its location, although near the airport, is in the middle of nowhere, inside a village surrounding.

An inexpensive and incredible convenient place to stay close to the airport when you are leaving early the next morning, or if you arrive late. Clean rooms, friendly staff, internet access for 100 baht/day and a decent restaurant. Stayed there at the beginning of a trip and on the return. Can recommend.

If you have an early flight the next morning this hotel is perfect. The hotel provides a shuttle and it is less than 10 minutes to the airport. Wifi available in the room for 100 bhat, they charge 50 baht to drive you to the nearest train station if you need to go to the centre of Bangkok. They will pick you up at the airport at Level 2 inside gate 4. Rooms are good, food in restaurant was good. A very convenient experience, and I am staying there again tomorrow because I am returning on a late flight. The price is fabulous.

Excellent hotel for a good price when you have an early morning flight. Not a hotel for leisure. Transport by the hotel to the airport is good. We traveled with 2 adult and our 6yr son. Got a family room with a king bed and one single, without any additional cost.

Very close to the airport and convenient for transit passengers who simply need to overnight before a morning flight.Mosquitoes are a problem so it is necessary to always run the air conditioner. It was noisy during the day due to construction in the lobby.

Consider this hotel ONLY if you need to be at the airport early in the morning... it's 10 minutes away and the hotel offers a shuttle. Rooms are large, but tacky and nothing to write home about. Basics are covered.

The hotel was very close to the airport. The staff was really helpfull and nice. Did not like the neiborhood too much but we found a few good places to eat authetic Thai food.

It closes to airport, but need more than 15mins to go there. The facilities are poor and very basic. The only good point is free shuttle bus from airport. So, it's better for you to have a bed for sleeping to catch the early flight. No any more expectation.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the service for the hotel. There are free mini buses from airport to hotel and hotel to airport. The staff at the front desk is very pretty and professional. Our room is on the 1st floor. The room is big and clean. There is a queensize bed and a single bed. The air-con is cool. Blanket is a bit old. Suggest to change to new ones. The only thing needs to be impproved is the English of the staff. When i came back from Phuket to Bangkok, I wanted to stay there for a couple of hours and then to catch my next flight. Due to the urgency, i didn't have time to book on-line. I called the hotel number directly and wanted to book a room but there were some miscummincations. I asked the girl to transfer the line to some other people but she didn't understand. I think she even didn't put down my cellphone number correctly. But overall, i am very satisfied.

A clean room, it represented good value for the money, everything worked the only downside was that the bed squeeked so much it was necessary to change to another bed in the room. You would stay at this hotel to be close to the airport.

The Convenient Hotel served our purpose very well and the front desk was accomodating. We had some difficulty of cab drivers finding the place. I would suggest that you need a larger, brighter sign at the entry way so its not so hard to find at night. The service was very good.

This was a cheap and no frills hotel, but the rooms were very clean and generally quite comfortable, despite the lack of furnishings. The bed was very comfortable and the air-conditioning worked well, and the shower was good. The restaurant did not have an expansive selection, but the food was good quality and the prices reasonable. The staff at the hotel reception were very helpful and friendly. This hotel is very close to the airport, so it is perfect for people in transit who just need a a meal and a bed for the night.

It's reay "convenient" with pick up from and shuttle to airport since we only stay in bangkok for 6 hours. The staff even offered us breakfast to take away when they knew we had to leave before breakfast time which start at 5:30 am . And what we got was fresh home made sandwich just out of kitchen at 5 am in the morning! Room was clean and quite. It's a great choice for between transports.

Completely Over-priced. Was unaware of the 12 pm Check Out and my flight was at 7pm in the evening. Even though I checked in at 10 pm the previous night , the staff including the manager would not consider it.They even had the audacity to ask us to sit outside and wait (vacate the room or pay 1200 baht extra) till it was time to take our flight.(12 pm Checkout).

This hotel was great for it's intended purpose. As a transit hotel, it was very easy and very professional. It worked very well for us, even with all our luggage. It is bare bones with no extra services, but for a few hours of sleep on a decent bed, with a clean bathroom, it's great. The restaurant was nice. The computer access allowed for checking flight status and sending an emial. It would have been nice to have a cup of coffee prior to catching the shuttle back to the airport at 4:30 in the morning.

This is the fourth time I stayed at this hotel and as the name says, it is convenient. Being in transit this is close to the airport, clean rooms and excellent service. Free shuttle to the airport, no hassle for taxi's.In the beginning there was free wireless Internet service, now they charge you 100 Baht, still excellent value.

The hotel was excellent location, i had been travelling around thailand and wanted to stay close to the airport for my last night..arrival was excellent bags were taken from the cab to my room before i could sneeze. staff were really nice, room was huge and clean ...id been paying 16 pound for beach huts so for 16 pound for that room was a brilliant price.. the only think was that i needed a pay phone and they didnt have any ...but then again they did let me use their mobile phone -but it cost a bomb but still they met my needs by letting use their phone..would defintly reccomend this for a nearby airport over night stay.

I will say for the money that I paid (28USD incl breakfast) and for the purpose of my staying--i'm only staying 1 night and leave the next day morning, it's good. the venue is very close to the airport (15minutes drive) and hotel provide free mini bus service between hotel and airport every hour. on the other hand, it's far from everything else,not only the hotel is in the middle of a wasteland, but also one taxi driver told me it will cost 400B (about 12 USD) to downtown, there is absolutely nothing in the area that a tourist can visit, beside 7-11 which is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. so, I will not recommend it for tourist that expecting to do sightseen or shopping or any activities.the hotel building reminds me of school dorm, stairs, tiled ground, and the reception at the entrance...the room is big with basic furniture--everything is quite basica.however, the staff are very friendly especially the one find me at the airport, i didnt expect the free bus so its a bonus, it's not mentioned when u book the room but when u arrive bangkok, ask the airport information desk, and they should be able to lead u to the pick up guy--he has a list of arrival guests of the day and awaiting at the arrival floor.

The Convenient Resort is just that - convenient. It is very close to the airport and they provided a shuttle bus in the morning for 100 Baht. My room was very large with a fairly comfortable queen size bed, satellite tv, a fridge, and a balcony (with a sink!). The view was not so great, but what did I care? I just needed a clean, comfortable place to stay for the night before I flew home to Canada. The service was excellent, the restaurant pretty good (breakfast was free!), and they have internet service in the lobby. I was quite happy there. I just wish that this hotel (and two others I stayed at in Laos) would put lamps on the bedside tables! What is up with that? I hate having to get out of bed to turn the light off. I slept with a light on and used a sleep mask. Other than that, I enjoyed my one night in Bangkok at the Convenient Resort. Thank you!

The hotel was very basic.............clean but not much else. The reception area made you feel you were not even in a hotel...............it looked like someones home and not in a favorable sense.............made you wonder what the place was like. It was somewhat near the airport but we were driven in in the dark and it made us very uncomfortable. We had the opportunity to stay near the airport on two other occassions and we did not go back there.

Good for spending one night before flying overseas, as it is close to the International airport, but not longer. There is nothing around it within walking distance. I was impressed by the good manners, politeness and very good English of the reception lady. She deserves a better job in a larger and higher class hotel.
