I have stayed in this hotel 10 times during the last 8 years!Only one night each time. Not so many things has been changed. But this time the breakfast was poor! Only a "set menu" like American breakfast, and not like before when it was a buffet which was much better!

The hotel is NOT near the ariport at all. Its over an hour away almost $30 taxi to get there from the new airport. Plus the building itself is located out in a field in the middle of nowhere. You are stuck eating and shopping there but there is no shopping. You have to get a taxi just to go someplace. Not recomended

This hotel needs many repairs, especially the air conditionner that is more noisy than the airplanes flying over! We chosedd this hotel beacause it was close to the airport. But since the location of Bankok airports have changed since yesterday, we can imagine that this hotel was not about to reconstruction in this very moment...

I reached the airport at 11pm, and I only got to the hotel in the other day, which is 1am. I've booked 3 rooms, 6 of us waited in the airport for 2 hours, although I had request for the airport transfer service when I booked the hotel, and I had reconfirmed it with Hoteltravel.com live agent in the afternoon before I reach Bangkok.
We tried to complaint this to the receptionist when we check in, this is the answer from the receptionist "Soooooo??????" I am really fed up with her attitute.
I wasted 2 hours in the airport in the midnight, and this is the first impression I got from the Airport Suite Hotel.
Other than that, everything is quite fine, but I will not choose this hotel again! The 2 hours that I spent in airport is more than enough for me to stay in other better hotel.
We spent 1200BHT for a van, from 9am to 12am the other day, we went for shopping. The taxi company that is same role with the hotel tried to charged each of us 200BHT, single trip to the shopping area (Don't use that!!!!)

This is convenient airport hotel, at a sensible price. My room was in need of an update, but was clean and tidy and had everything I could ask for. There is some air traffic noise throughout the night, but nothing that ear plugs wont solve. They run a friendly and efficient transfer service.

Gave good rating as most staff would have received excellent rating eg reception & retaurant staff. But beauty parlour staff made it very clear that customers were an inconvenience when they were reading magazines & one asked my partner to return the next day as she "could not be bothered right now". Otherwise a very pleasant stay.
Room etc was excellent, noise was factor but as next to airport this is only to be expected and cannot be complained about.
Shops and entertainment were not available but they are not expected near to an out of town airport used generally by travellers for 1 night before or after a flight.

Very large clean comfortable room probably recently refitted with new wallpaper and carpeting. The bathroom is decent. I still can hear the planes taking off but noise level was tolerable in my room on the ground floor and had no problem falling asleep.
Reasonably good food in the restaurant but the juice sold at prices normally seen for freshly squeezed juice turned out to be cordial or syrup - best avoided. The buffet breakfast is decent.

It was a good place to sleep after a long flight, but it didn't offer anything more than that. The furniture in the rooms was old and worn, and the rooms weren't particularly appealing. With the money that you'd pay for a night in this hotel, you can definately do much better. The breakfast buffet was good though. The airport shuttle service was reliable, but make sure that you inform the hotel before you arrive if you want the shuttle to pick you up. If you don't, then you'll find yourself taking a taxi that will most likely try to overcharge you.

Very close to the airport with a good shuttleservice to and from the airport. Difficult to go by public transport to the city center, but the tour desk arranged cheap taxi transport with driver waiting. 1000 baht or 25$ for a whole day.Very big rooms and 24-hour restaurant service.There are no shops or restaurants close to the hotel.

Rooms were very large, so our family of 4 (2 toddlers) could stay in 1 room without feeling cramped. Breakfast was good. The main problem was that it is close to airport for convenience, however it was too noisy for our family of 4. Planes took over very close and the noise made it hard to sleep.

It is a very adequate airport hotel. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked, we were able to take breakfast before our insanely early flight, and the shuttle was reliable both to and from the airport. The only complaint I have is that the bathroom was not terribly clean and only a trickle of water came from the shower head.

Jet noise a bit loud, but I wanted something close to the airport for a late arrival and early departure. Best part is they have great food right on site. Tough to get an airport pick up. Easy to get an airport drop off. Shuttle runs on the hour. Clean.

The hotel is not "sound proof" as is advertised and you hear every plane that takes off at every hour of the night...which equates to no sleep. I asked the lady at checkin to please give me a cold/comfortable room. She then proceeded to give me a room with no a/c remote so I couldn't turn the a/c down. When I asked for a remote I was told that "Oh, that room doesn't have one." So basically she ignored my inital request at checkin. When I asked to borrow one from another room just to change the setting, I was told that they were different for all the rooms. I have stayed at this hotel three times and the a/c units have been the same in all the rooms I've stayed in. I have chosen this hotel each time because of it's closeness to the airport. However, this time the noise was much worse and the room was warm. Sorry, but I won't stay here again.

The location is good and close to the airport. I think an expansion of facilities such as a pool and fitness center would help this hotel. Also an internet center would be easy to set up in one room (something in many Bangkok Hotels). The breakfast was good each day. The little convenience store was handy and I think the addition of small shops on hotel property would be a good idea. It certainly takes very little space for good business on Bangkok streets.

We are very pleased with the hotel and especially with the recent upgrade they have completed for the rooms. BUT the HUGE problem with this hotel is their airport pickup service. Both my husband & I had to wait for over an hour (after 3 phone calls to remind them after we had prearranged the pickup service) at the airport after our arrivals. It is so serious that we are not certain that we will use this hotel again. Sorry!
